Buffalo Wild Wings

Honestly, this location can be so hit and miss. The service has improved under new management. We came at 7 and the place was packed, so service was really slow. To the point that we were at the table for 25 without being acknowledged. Once the waitress did assist us, she was friendly and attentive. The crowd cleared quickly so we thought that would speed the process up, but sadly it did not. Overall, the food is what you would expect from any BWW location, but sadly none of the food was hot. The Black Cherry Mezgarita was really delightful.

The dining space is large and often accommodates large groups. Plenty of parking and near a shopping area.

I really want to be able to give this place more stars but for a relatively slow Friday the food and drinks took awhile and when the food came out some of it was cold. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was good though and the beer was cold and tasty. Our server when she was present was very nice. Traditional BWW with plenty of tables and tvs.

Came to celebrate my husband's birthday, but waited by the host stand for 10+ minutes to not even be acknowledged by any employee.

Wings were tiny and the Food was cold. Our table was not wiped down. We used Clorox wipes from our car.

Bruh. First off just bruh. I walked into this establishment and it was like a high school play ground for those all around the sad parts of Quincy, IL. We had four... fucking four waiters come by our table to tell us we had to wait a sec to get our drinks. After around an hour plus of waiting I got my miserable excuse for a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was basically a glorified Buffalo chicken sandwich. With how long I waited I could've written my next manifesto.

I came here a few times and I was not completely pleased with the situation. The wings that you ask for did not come with celery or carrots. Which I thought every Buffalo Wild Wings should have. But what really got me was the server the second time got my order wrong. Also didn't bring any utensils or napkins. Had a careless attitude. So I wasn't not happy with him.

I went up to the bar and the bartender was a real sweetheart. She made my order the way I liked and was polite. So I cannot say this place was completely bad.

Order online, coupon code didn't take so card was charge full price. Asked to have it fixed and it took about 5 different people, and in hopes that i only get charged the amount after coupon. Got home and boneless chicken wings were rubbery like they were cooked forever ago and just reheated. Old. hard to described but couldn't finish. fries were cold. carrots looked old (as pictured). Definitely not recommended and won't be returning, service has gone down hill and so has quality of food.

Food was old and tough to chew. The food was most lonely cooked the day before and re heated. We were there on a Monday at 5:30 pm. The service was very good and the waitress was friendly and helpful. The ambience was the same. Just a big cold hall that needed cleaning. Very disappointed with the quality of food and the odors in the building.

only throw away cups and nasty water nasty water not good on the tongue yucky water I don't like it tasted bad nasty water isn't good don't get it

This is by far the worst BWW location I have ever been to. 9/10 times you will wait 20 minutes just for your waiter or waitress to take your drink order. Then you will have to wait another 30 for cold food. The staff is irresponsible and not well mannered. They are carrying babies around and smoking out the back door. Do not waste your money. You are better off going down to the river and eating at Native or driving an hour to the Jacksonville or Springfield location.
