Buffalo Wild Wings

Very flavorful sauces for any kind of dish. Service is great for any order process. BWW is a place to go to watch any sports game or event. There are TV's all around with any game or event available to stream and you can choose. The ambiance is good.

absolute worst restaurant in town to order carryout. Food is never ready on time. no management

Wings were dry I order mild sauces. There was barley and sauce on them. I like my wings saucy. . Buffalo Wings need to bring back their Buffalo chips. Those were my favorite., fries were cold and stale. I waited on my order only to take out cold and mediocre food.

Grabbed lunch. Not very busy. Pleasant staff. Greeted entering the establishment. The beer is cold. The edge were delicious as were the wings.

Ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich along with teriyaki and spicy garlic boneless wings online for pickup. Pro Tip: check to make sure your wings have been sauced before leaving. The spicy garlic wings were sauced perfectly. The teriyaki ones had almost no sauce at all. Same with the sandwich. Only a tiny fraction had any hot sauce. However, despite that (major) shortcoming, the sandwich was amazing and is the reason for 4 stars.

It's good food and nice staff pretty much always! however, it's usually not super clean and it's always very crowded (I feel like even with covid it's a little squished which isn't ideal)

Very dirty. Seated us at a dirty table. Floor was scattered with paper. Several servers walked over it and walked around it but no one bothered to clean it up.

The food took a bit to receive. It was so cold I. Here that food got cool very quickly.

Not coming back.

I have never felt such unprofessionalism. When we walked in we were never greeted and when I asked for a table we were told it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait. I asked if we could wait in a table because we had an elder person that is handicap and cannot stand for long periods of times and the hostess said we couldn't. I asked her if we could at least get a chair for her to sit in while we waited. She then told us we had to leave and wait in the car, after all of our party came in to wait. It was snowing at that time and we had an elder handicap person who had a really hard time getting in the restaurant. After we left to go to another restaurant because the hostess was very unhelpful and very rude I got a call from the restaurant FIVE minutes after we got all the kids and adults in the car saying our table was ready. I told the person in the phone what happened and not once did she apologize or act empathetic.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings around midnight. They didn't even seat us but pointed where to sit.

When the waiter came to take our order, we informed him that he didn't give us menus. We thought that he would bring silverware with our meals so we didn't mention that fact. After taking our orders, it appeared that our waiter along with the rest of the staff disappeared. No one was seen for almost 40 minutes. We couldn't leave because we had received our drinks and were unable to pay for them.

The wings were barely coated to the point that you could see what part was coated and what part wasn't. When the waiter spilled the ranch dressing on my wings, he cursed and didn't offer to do anything about it - totally unprofessional. I didn't want ranch on my wings but the waiter didn't seem to care. We didn't want to wait any longer so we didn't want to ask for silverware at that time forcing us to eat everything with our fingers.

The fact that the food did taste good is the only reason that I gave it as high as a two-star.

This place is awful. I will now be driving out of my way to go to the fishers location where I know my stuff will at least be made correctly. It never fails, something is always wrong. We have not ordered from this location for a while but received gift cards for Christmas, so we thought we would give it a chance. $50 WASTED. We ordered over the weekend and when I got there my food was sitting by the restrooms and was cold. Disgusting. We ordered again this evening which was Tuesday, because they used to have Bogo wings on Tuesdays. Now they're buy one get 1/2 off which isn't even a deal, so it was cheaper to just order something different (wing combo). I got there early so I could hopefully catch my food before they put it by the freakin toilets again, which thankfully I was there early enough. The girl still told me to look on the shelf by the restrooms, then when I told her it wasn't over there went right behind the door to the kitchen and opened the warmers. WHY HAVE WARMERS IF YOU ARENT USING THEM!? The shelf says "delivery only" meaning Uber Eats/DoorDash etc...so why is my online order for my personal food being put there!? Finally I get my food: The combo is 10 wings and fries. I opened my box and had MAYBE 5 wings. Cheese all over my fries (which I didn't order). So I had to have it remade. Bring it out, cheese fries again. I get that Kokomo is not the best area and maybe you have to get whatever help you can find, but when people can't even follow simple instructions then I'm not sure how you can run an even halfway decent business. Also, there have been so many times I've gone and had ordered a drink and was handed the cup to fill up myself. How lazy/disgusting can you be? DONT BOTHER, DRIVE TO NOBLESVILLE/FISHERS IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO! At least they have standards. Not sure how corporate is allowing this.

UPDATE: I had sent 3 emails with no respons. Left a google review and was told to send an email...so someone finally got ahold of me and basically may as well have spit in my face with the insulting response I received. Like "yeah you wasted $50, here are some points that will get you maybe a medium wing or a wrap for your blazing rewards account you DONT HAVE". Way worth it. This place is a joke.
