Garage door would not close without keeping finger on the closer. B and B said we needed a whole new system which they installed. Problem persisted. They returned to fix, it didn't fix the problem. A neighbour adjusted the sensor for me and that fixed the problem. I paid $$$$ for nothing

The guy came and gave me a verbal quote. When the job was done the price was double and he denied the original quote price. What do I do?? The locks were installed.

I had lost both the keys to my car. I called different locksmiths looking for a quote and finally settled with this company. He arrived in an unmarked black sprinter van. He told me the estimated price to get two new keys and a remote cut would be $762 and some cents even though I just have a 2011 Hyundai Tucson. I just knew he was overcharging me so I called around for another quote and got $340 from another company. I asked him to leave and that is when he told me that he was committed and wanted to finish. He did not know what he was doing and input the wrong code twice locking the car's computer. He was googling everything because he did not know how to reset the computer or what he was doing at all. The other locksmith arrives since this guy does not want to leave and he is immediately way more professional in his company car. He started telling me I was not respectful because someone else showed up. He charged $200 just to show up but we talked him down to $100. He left some damage to the hood of my car AND THEY REFUSED TO RECOMPENSATE FOR DAMAGE. Due to the damage, the other company suggested I call and get a $100 refund which they have sent me back my money.

The other locksmith was even backing me up by saying he never would charge that much even on a more luxurious car. The only complicated car is a Volkswagen.

They are a SCAM! RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY! DON'T CALL THEM.

Scammed by these guys. I finalized the quote which included installation. First they delayed the job by 6 days, second they charged me the price of premium door handles and locks, and put the cheapest material out there. and then they left the door finish for myself. I asked them to do the finish of the doors, they said that was not part of the agreement, and asked $750 for the job. When you agree to a price including installation, doesn't it means the finish? Or installation means you leave the door unfinished hanging and leave the mess behind?

DO NOT USE. This company is untrustworthy. They take advantage of individuals in a vulnerable position. They charged us DOUBLE the high end of the quote we were given. The gentleman on the phone was entirely rude. Unfortunately this company is the epitome of a sleazy business. DO NOT USE.

TOTAL SCAM!

-Says he will be here 18min, shows up 25mins later.
-Mumbled his quote while walking away of $170 for my 2011 KIA RIO garbage
-Justified it by saying older cars are harder to get into compared to new cars
-Told me to call the company if I have a problem with the price
-Called the company, and then he started to complain that he is the tech and they don't know anything
-He offered to drive me to a ATM so I can pay a cheaper cash price
-After agreeing on 100+ tax, he opened my car door in 30sec with air pumps
-Told me not to tell his company what "DEAL" I got because he could lose his job

Take away: TOTAL SCAM and no price justification
I'm happy that I was at least able to waste 20min of his time arguing about the price.

I would not refer this company to anyone. A total ripe off scheme.They quoted me one price and on completion of the job the price had double. When I called to complain they said they would look in to and now they are
completely unreachable. Beware

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Complete scam. Arranged for them to replace lock on my daughters apartment door and gave my credit card to charge. Was quoted $29 for person to go there and $35 and up for lock replacement. Asked them to call me when they were at apartment to give me total cost. They did not. Went ahead and charged my card $279. When I spoke to Manager to complain that the price was way way higher than the qoute I got yelled at, interrupted and treated horribly. Manager told me they would come take the lock off and refund my card I said yes please! I arranged for 2nd locksmith to come and take that lock out and put it new one and now the original company Brothers and Brothers has not picked up their lock or refunded my money. Total SCAM !! Now they are not returning my calls or texts. Horrible company to deal with.

DON'T EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY!

We broke a key off in our car rooftop carrier box. When I called this company for an estimate, they asked for my address to see if they serviced in our area. They said a service technician in the area would called us back for more information. The next thing we knew, a service technician showed up on our doorstep. We sent him away because we never requested a technician to come to our house. The technician charged us $50 just for showing up. When I called the company to complain, the manager interrupted and yelled at me. He was horrible rude. He said he would check with his service technician and call me back. He immediately hung up on me and never called back. I will be reporting this crooked company to the Better Business Bureau. Do not make the same mistake we did. Don't even dial their number and definitely, don't give them your address unless you want to be charged for a service call that you didn't request.

Very unprofessional staff , he charged way beyond what was agreed on the phone , he mentioned it is a straight forward procedure took him 2 minutes and he charged much more than what suppose to and he mentioned that extra because of the phone delay in replying to his phone ! tried complaining him to his boss it came to be all on his side and kept sending the office staff from one person to another so they can not compliant him and were very rude. They kept laughing in a very unprofessional way
I would NEVER recommend this very unprofessional family business to any one they are dishonest and very moody when comes to pricing their services and they do not keep their word
I will be reporting them to the police -these are group of scammers harming the community and they have to be punished ASAP , please make sure you do your duty in reporting them as well so their business is closed
