Brock Doors and Windows is one of the companies I contact and set up an appointment for in house estimate as I have 14 windows that needs to be replaced brick to brick.
After submitting my request for an quote I got a call back for appointment within a few hours and able to set up an appointment for the week after.
The sale representative arrived on time as schedule which I think really important as the first impression is crucial for a business relationship. He gave me a accurate quote and some good recommendations.
Price wise though was the highest I got: 50% more compares to the lowest quote which is over my budget. I know really hard to compare apples to oranges as I did read they uses Northern Light windows which is quite a reputable window manufacturer.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 1, 2017Updated review
13 WEEKS LATER and our doors are FINALLY installed!!! I'm happy with the quality of the doors we selected. The installation is okay.
We were never able to get a hold of Mark again.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0May 22, 2017Previous reviewDespite being told by the first gentleman we encountered that our original salesman was no longer working there, it turns out he does and our situation was brought to his attention.
Mark reached out to us to see if we would be willing to meet with him and based on our previous experience, from back when we did our windows, we agreed to.
We went over everything and Mark provided us with a competitive quote compared to others we had received.
If there's one thing we've learnt from when we chose our windows it would be... you get what you pay for.
Because of our trust in Mark and the known quality of the products this company provides, we have chosen to go with Brock for our doors.
I will update again once the installation is complete.May 14, 2017Previous reviewAbsolutely appalling customer service!
It's a shame because about 10 years ago we had all of our windows replaced using this company. Back then, the sales rep was great but the installer was arrogant and obnoxious to say the least.
Regardless, the windows came out beautiful and we were really happy with the outcome. We figured we'd go back to have our doors and garage door replaced.
We stopped in last weekend to take a look around and get some prices. We were greeted by a gentleman that looked, honestly, as though he had just rolled out of bed... to put it VERY nicely.
We were rushed through our questions, told what we actually wanted and that it was a waste of time to discuss anything further without first coming out to see our place. We were then rushed out the door with our appointment time for this weekend.
We've been shopping around and I wanted to pop back in this Saturday before our appointment just to confirm a couple of things about the doors I had in mind.
The gentleman that met us this time was far more professional in appearance but where he gained in his appearance, he lacked in his attention to detail. You see, there were two of us there, my husband and myself. After my second or third question was ignored or answered directly to my husband instead of responding to me, I just walked away. Absolutely unacceptable.
We left the showroom and returned home to wait for our appointment. We waited and waited...

Brock did a devastatingly bad job. I was having all the windows, French door and front door replaced and Chris who sold me on everything was great but when problems started arising he was nowhere to be found. Adriana, the project coordinator was horrible, rude, and incompetent. They postponed their appointments or just didn't show up when scheduled numerous times which delayed other projects and wasted our time and money. Once they showed up to install, it was disgraceful. The guys were unprofessional and sloppy and the job was (and still is) incomplete. They scratched the beautiful front door and then installed it incorrectly so that it doesn't close properly, it scrapes everytime you close it. They poked holes all through my house. I had to re-plaster everything. They scratched most of the beautiful new frames, I've had to since get them repainted. I'm looking into launching a lawsuit.

Ruba,
This is truly disheartening feedback for us to be on the receiving end of. We would like to apologize for any inconveniences you've experienced throughout your projects timeline, as we certainly desire for seamless & exceptional experiences for all clients that come our way.
With that being said, we are slightly perplexed as your final completion certificate, dated for this past June 24th, 2019 stated: "Installer is a sweetheart. Very happy. Thank you." and the previous certificate dated June 2nd, 2019 had no comments, only positive 'checks' off the criteria list, and the ticket dated April 16th, 2019 said "I loved these guys. They were awesome & professional."
In saying that, please do connect with our Service Department via service@brockwindows.com or by telephone at 1(800)449-3808 ext. 607 so we can successfully rectify your outstanding concerns mentioned in your review.
Regards,

The installers were on time and finished the job.
They did a HORRIBLE job with the security system wiring which cannot be repaired. They did not bring the wiring up in the correct place and it shows on each window. This is an eyesore. And it took a LONG time for the alarm company to try to make it presentable while reconnecting the wiring sensors.
They pierced the wiring with one window and the alarm now does not work on that window without ripping out the window and trim and repairing it.
They did a HORRIBLE job with the caulking around the new front door which will hopefully be fixed today. (it was still a very bad job and did not address all the issues we needed fixed.)
The lock on one window fell off immediately and that has been repaired....so far it's holding ok.
We asked for a double keyed deadbolt lock on the front door and did not get one. We have called 3 times and no response.
We want a double keyed deadbolt for the front door.
After spending thousands of dollars, we are disappointed and frustrated.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Renee T.San Francisco, United States023Jul 7, 2018Updated review
4 weeks later, debris not removed and screen door for my slider not delivered even though paid for. Disaster from the start. Took a photo of the site and sent to Philip who agreed it was ready for install. When "installers" showed up they said a row of bricks needed to be removed but they did not have equipment to do so. They suggested we rent equipment!!! They left without even attempting to remove row of bricks. Installers of doors should be prepared for any scenario! By the way Brock does not have its own installers!!
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 17, 2018Previous reviewBrock installers showed up one week after booked date. This time there was a pre-visit from an installer so the job was clear. The job was done well but in the end we paid $500 extra from the original quote. The installers also left some materials they had been paid to remove. Philip Constand was our salesman and he completely failed us. He did not arrange a pre-visit, he did not inform the installers that we were converting from a window opening to slider door and he was rude, pushy and did not listen. Because of him, we will not use Brock for the rest of our windows and door needs. On the up side, Natalie, who took over from him was great! However the damage was gone. We would never recommend them.
Jun 9, 2018Previous reviewLast night my husband and his friend spent hours removing a basement window to make room for a slider from Brock. Brock showed up this morning but sent the wrong crew so no we are left with a gaping hole in our house until Brock can send the right crew! Very disappointed! This was arranged months ago! We were going to buy the rest of our windows and doors from Brock, but not now. I would not recommend this company.

Dealing with Brock was a complete nightmare. After our spring 2018 installation was delayed by over two months, they showed up with a sliding patio door that didn't fit, a basement window that couldn't be installed because it might cause damage to our ceiling (?), caused $1,100 in paint damage in one of our rooms, and left caulking and other debris strewn all over our front yard. To this day, over a year later, we are still waiting for them to install the patio door and basement window that they had contractually committed to. Instead, Brock has opted to send my wife and I to collections for the final $5k payment (of a $26k job) we retained given the project wasn't completed. Oh and all the "customer service managers" involved in the process conveniently ignored us every step of the way. Even after writing Mike Nolet, their president an email earlier this week pleading our case we have yet to hear back - yet the calls from collections continue. Wouldn't recommend them to our worst enemy!

Brock did a bad job. They badly installed a brand new window which does not open or close. They agreed to come back to fix this or change the window (which might just be defective) on July 13th. I have contacted Brock Windows customer services more than 15 times (17 to be exact). I also sent countless emails. I even contacted the very same worker that came to my property to try to install the window. I cannot reach anyone. Nobody responds to my emails or phone messages. Further, today, Sept 14, I contacted the Brock customer services department and was unable to leave a message because their voicemail is FULL. Brock Doors and Windows has failed to meet their contract with me. They avoid contact, however, they are expecting me to pay as if the Bay Window is fully installed. It is NOT.
I suggest anyone who has issues with Brock Windows to contact me at AlannahKMaxwell@outlook.com since we are contacting the Star to have them write an Exposé on how Brock lets its clients down.

Have been waiting for 6 months for a door we ordered. First door arrived and was not correct. Before they were able to install it we sent it back to be fixed. Waited another 2 and a half months for the door to be installed on February 14th for them to cancel 2 days before as the door "isn't ready". Very inconvenienced as one of us has to take the day off to be here. Have now taken 2 days off for nothing. Poor costumer service and no install date. They were unable to give me an estimate on when the door would be ready. They specialize in Doors, how does it take 6 months for a prefabricated door ?? Terrible customer service from the start.

Well it happened again!! On May 31st/18 I had an appointment at 7:00pm for a quote (and we are looking at a fairly large job; window replacement and adding/enlarging a few windows), the rep never showed nor called. We called around 7:30pm and left a message with their answering service. The next day someone called us back and said that someone did call to cancel, we have cell phones and all incoming and outgoing calls are logged; there was no call. But we tried again and set up another appointment for June 6th/18 7:00pm and guess what?!?!?!?.....another no show and no call. I have NEVER had something like this happen, I guess they are so popular and busy that they can let potential customers slip through their fingers!!!

Don't use these guys, big on sales but very short on delivery (installation). Ordered a door with two side windows. Product built without side windows requiring a reorder. Delivery date arranged and when I called to confirm was told no installation date was booked. I want my $1,000 deposit back and asked but I am still waiting. Beware of big promises lacking delivery with very poor customer service from Brock Window and doors.
