Botany Floral Studio offers unique designs to flower lovers and brides in Toronto and throughout the greater Toronto area. Flowers for all occasions, weddings, and events. Order flowers online. Flower delivery to Toronto and GTA. All of our flowers and plants are hand-picked with the utmost care. Our designs feature a generous selection of tropicals, garden roses, orchids, succulents, foliages, bulbs, flowering branches, twigs and berries. Botany is dedicated to providing a healthy and beautiful alternative to traditional floristry. Our flowers are locally grown whenever possible, and always fresh and seasonal. We strive to be sustainable in our practices - treading lightly anyway we can. Above all, we celebrate a love of flowers and all things botanical, things that are made by hand, and vessels that are antique and sweet.

Decent floral arrangement but sold me some old roses that werent super fresh. Paid for relatively high priced bouquet for the size and so trusted the florist to give me fresh flowers.

Thanks for your feedback and we appreciate your business, however these are not old roses. The Faith roses are a dusty pink colour and the Quicksand roses came in this afternoon. These are Ecuadorian roses. Please watch as they open up even larger and reach out to us directly if you have any further concerns about these roses. The foxglove is a local flower and came in fresh yesterday afternoon. You have taken a picture of the stem in bud. You told our staff member that it was a beautiful bouquet in store when you took your bouquet just 15 minutes ago. We stand by the quality and freshness of our flowers and we are happy to help you if you have further concerns. You can do so directly by calling us or emailing us.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I came across this place through someone's recommendation and I wish I had never gone in the first place. I will definitely not be returning to Botany Floral Studio for a number of reasons. This was my experience
I scheduled a consultation appointment on Wednesday January 18 at 1pm. I arrived at 12:45 pm, hoping that I could potentially be seen before 1pm if there were no other clients. To my dismay, I found Nina, the floral clerk on her cell phone. Although I was acknowledged with a greeting from her she advised me that she would be with me shortly. This did not end up happening because ten minutes had passed and she was still fiddling with her phone. Following the lack of her attention to me, two people (one man and one woman) were at the entrance of this business with a box, trying to enter Botany Floral Studio. As soon as I saw them, I approached the floral clerk to notify her about someone who was here for her i assumed and the man who was holding the box with the woman shouted "she's walking away" and mumbled some other rude remarks. I could not make what he was saying but it sounded like swearing. How I found it was that it is suppose to be my responsibility apparently to open the door for this business yet I did not sign up for this. I was simply attending a consultation and in return I was basically mocked and yelled at by one of their very rude clients just because I was supposedly suppose to open the door for Botany Floral Studio which again is nowhere on my responsibility list. The floral clerk finally aproached me shortly after and told me that I should I come back in twenty minutes. I had informed her that I was pressed for time and could not wait that long for I had other errands to attend to. She did not provide me with a clear response after I had said that I was pressed for time. And instead, she began tending to those clients that had come in. I was waiting until 1:12pm. At this point, I was already there since 12:45pm so my patience was running short. The fact that this floral clerk dismissed me and began helping other clients instead of me when she knew knew I had an appointment scheduled at 1pm was beyond rude and unprofessional. For this purpose, I refused to remain waiting and risk being late for where I needed to be.
I wasted my time travelling from North York to come and see this floral shop with a supposed rating on google of 4.7 out of 5 stars which is highly unbelievable to me and beyond far from it. For me to accommodate a business by having myself wait twenty minutes was appalling. A client should not have to accommodate a service, it is suppose to be the service accommodating the client. I have been in client relations for over ten years now and I have never dismissed my clients like the way this clerk dismissed me and never would ignore a person by fiddling around with my phone. I spoke to the owner Rachelle and she did not provide me with anything satisfactory in addressing this whole situation when i told her how this clerk behaved. looks to me like both employees lack an understanding of proper customer service.

We addressed this customer's complaint directly and immediately, apologizing profusely both in store and via email for her appointment running late by ten minutes. She was early for her appointment and we explained that we would be with her shortly. At no point were we rude or ignored her. Our staff member was not fiddling with her phone, she was completing tasks at hand in order to devote her attention to the consultation. As I addressed her emails and concerns immediately, I am not sure what else we could have provided to this customer that would have been satisfactory. We suggest at least one hour for our complimentary consultations and it seems that she was rushed to be elsewhere.

A really beautiful shop in a central area. I came upon it accidentally but I am so grateful that I did. They have beautiful pre-made arrangements as well as stunning house plants and of course they do customization for events. The shop owner mentioned to me that they offer a 10% discount on Friday's so definitely check it out!

Our sale on Friday is 50% off all cut flowers from 3-6pm for walk-in sales only. We do not offer this sale on flower holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, etc. simply due to our workload. We hope you'll pop back into the studio! Thanks again!

I came in today looking for a gift for my friend. Found what I wanted after a bit of looking around. The selection of younger succulents isn't the best, consisting mostly of similar echeverias.
Despite this, their service was great. Three ladies welcomed us as we came in and browsed, telling us to let them know if we needed anything as they worked in the back on what seemed like an order for an event. Their friendly chatter and Spotify playlist was a quirky comfort! I chose the succulents I wanted to gift and a pot for them and they were touched up with some fine gravel above the dirt. I ordered completely online. Their website ordering is super easy, great layout that gave me ease of access and they had lots of amazing arrangements with genuine images of their arrangements. They offer all arrangements at 3 price points, the cheapest being the less dense bouquet and the most expensive being the super duper deluxe bouquet, I went for the mid-range Mercury Glass Vase Arrangement since it looked stunning online. I placed the order on a Thursday evening and the flowers arrived in Vaughan next day around 2.30 pm.
The bouquet in person was only slightly less stunning, but it was beautiful nonetheless and the flowers seemed fresh and generally looked and smelled gorgeous. They charge 5 bucks for a card with a message which seems a little rip offey (But hey, I was a bad offspring and spent my parent's birthday in Cuba...I had to send flowers...And I wanted to use a local business instead that horror show 1-800-Flowers...)
I was slightly disappointed with the arrangement as half of the flowers started wilting by Monday (so the arrangement stayed perky for all of 2 days). I'm not sure whether this means the flowers in my bouquet weren't all that fresh, or whether I chose an arrangement with delicate flowers that are more sensitive to heat and light (hydrangeas, majolica sprayroses, commercial mums), So I'd like to order again and test out a few of their offers to see if it was just a one off.

I ordered flowers for my wedding via the 'a la carte' option. They delivered on time on the day of, but I was a little bit disappointed with the quality of the flowers. The flowers in my bouquet looked like they didn't have a lot of life left (a little wilted), same with the arrangement I ordered for our table and the boutonnieres. I also ordered 4 of the 10ft foliage garlands and they were much smaller than the ones pictured on the website. Really good customer service though as they were super responsive on any questions that I had and made sure that the orders got to the venue on time (despite my 10am delivery time request).

First time around ordered an arrangement that arrived drastically different looking than what I thought I was ordering online. It looked ok, and the recipient was really happy however, I wasn't impressed. I could see where they tried to fill in the blanks with inventory they didn't have and I honestly felt a bit jilted.
Just now, I tried to call first before ordering online. Thought that would be a better way to do this. I could not obtain a clear answer regarding what was in season and available vs. what I saw online. I wanted to avoid the outcome from last time. And though the person on the phone was polite and professional while juggling multiple calls, putting me on hold over and over again in combination with not knowing the details about what's online vs. in the shop was pretty much a waste of my time.
It would be helpful if they could update their inventory online and show clearer photographs of the arrangements. Or update their instagram or social media to inform people about what's in and out of season/inventory.
Their flowers are beautiful and I've seen amazing arrangements with friends from this shop. My suggestion would be to call in advance and ask to speak to someone who is available to answer your questions and offer helpful suggestions OR go into the store in person to see and discuss. When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture shown online. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and colour and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. You had requested peonies, which are going out of season here in Canada and our staff member would have gladly suggested other options for you. She was finishing up with another call and was not given the opportunity to help you out further.

When I need to have flowers delivered in Toronto, Botany Floral Studio is my go to!
The staff is always super friendly and more then helpful in creating the perfect arrangement for me with just directions over the phone, and it's at the point where I simply trust that what they will do will be beautiful and applicable for the occasion. I've never heard anything but 'oohs and awws' about the amazing creations I have had sent from here. The prices are on point for the quality of arrangements.
