Do they have an all you can eat option?
A:
I haven't researched it, but am pretty certain they definitely don't. It's just not that kind of place. They are much more focused on quality than quantity.

Was excited to find this delicious Japanese restaurant just a couple blocks away from City Creek. It wasn't crowded when we visited on a recent Saturday which was a little concerning. However, the food was very authentic and delicious. Also, the service was outstanding. We loved the Volcano Roll which was a mix of a California Roll and baked scallops. The tempura had the perfect coating and dipping sauce. My husband loved the Yakisoba with beef. We will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here! The sushi was wonderfully made and had a great flavor. The mango salad was a perfect starter.
Great service and great recommendations. The atmosphere is also very calm and quiet.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lakisha M.Rosharon, United States713237Aug 9, 2022
This place is beyond good. Service, environment and spacious dining. We had an array of choices but the waitress, Jess, was very helpful with her recommendations. We ended up trying at least 6 different rolls. And sorry but we ended with the mochi dessert which as you can see was very good. The cookies & cream, mango and strawberry were all good.

Really bummed out about this place. It's a cool spot, doesn't ever seem crowded, but there is only ONE server.. and she's not motivated at all... you can tell she doesn't care. I've been twice, decided to take another chance cause the first time the service was bad.. waited 10 min before we got water and another 15 min to start our order. Here's the crazy part.. it's not busy.. two other couples maybe and the ONE server is on her phone and taking her sweet time... it happened both times I was there.. super disappointing. The food is ok.. I wasn't that impressed.. went twice and same terrible service.. won't be going back. :/

This was quite literally the worst sushi we have ever had. Bland, small, made me feel sorry to my body for having put it in my belly.

Their hours say they're open until 9:00. We Uber'd over at 8:00 to find a pitch black building with nobody inside. $15 to get there, $15 to get back just to find out they're hours are inaccurate.

This place is good, but, it is nothing special. Id definitely say there's better sushi restaurants out there. However, that doesn't mean this place is particularly bad either. They just do not stand out. That being said, I do believe the food tastes good and that it is good for what it is.

Sushi is delicious. Gyoza was a great starter and so was the salad and edamame. Each got our own roles. Didn't have certain sakes available and beer selection could have been better, but we still enjoyed our beverages. If in slc and u need sushi it's worth considering.

Update:
Mynew favorite dish is the jalapeño hamachi! I still keep coming back because I can't go long without the tuna tataki flavors that I crave. Also, love the chirashi bowl!!
Little ones always enjoy Asteroid roll and now they also like the Vulcan!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Jan 5, 2019Previous reviewUpdate:

Little ones always enjoy Asteroid roll and now they also like the Vulcan!Aug 28, 2018Previous reviewStopped in here finally and so glad we did! Great atmosphere, excellent service and delicious sushi! Soy is awesome and he took excellent care of us!
We had the Tuna Tataki app- my favorite thing of the night, I will get this every time I return! The fish with the savory sauce and citrus fruit was amazing together. The sexy shrimp- really good and worth getting. Loved the Blue Marlin roll. Had a custom roll done by Soy and we loved that too. Tiramisu was beautifully done and really good, a little rich for tiramisu though. And their homemade sorbet is always great!
All in all, everything was so delicious and I plan to come back often!
