This was my first time using a shuttle service, so I didn't know what to expect. When I searched the internet, there were several to choose from, but after reviewing the potential ones with what they offer and their policies, I chose BK. The online scheduling was a breeze and their customer service was superb. The vehicle was very clean and our driver was very professional and accommodating. They were right on time for my scheduled pickup, both to and from the airport. I was also very pleased with their reminders as the scheduled day approached. And a reminder one hour before arriving and text notification when they arrive. What more could you ask for? Our driver Bhagwant, was great! I would highly recommend them and use them for my future transportation!

Took service from Sac. Airport to Lake of the Pines in Auburn. Driver and vehicle were on time and called me after I got my bag. He knew the area and my destination. It was approx 132.00 with tip, one way. They also picked me up and returned to the airport a week later. Car was comfortable and clean Lincoln Small SUV. I was able to make reservations on line and they confirmed. I will take this service again.
