So my sister and I walk in to this bank because she has some business to do here. We are greeted by this rude teller named Maria that starts out the conversation ...

" How many times do I have to signal to you that you are next? "

She says this to my sister and we were surprised. We walk up and right before I am about to give her a piece of my mind, this heavy set Maria passes gas so loud that all we could do was laugh. I'm not sure if it was because she thought I was going to really let her have it or maybe because she could not hold it in? What was funnier than that was the reaction of the teller next to her.

Whatever it was our anger turned into amusement, talk about instant Karma. We will not be returning to this location ever again.

Double whammy

Just an awful location that keeps getting worse and worse every year.

This year, they changed their hours so they are no longer open on Saturdays.

Then there was this gem:

I stopped in at 11:30 AM to make a withdraw since this location is no longer open on Saturday. When I got in, (and just keep in mind this is lunch time on a weekday when people are trying to run errands) there was 1 single teller working. A single person, working the lunch rush. I filled out a withdraw slip and waited. The customer who was working with the teller then walked out. I continued to wait, the teller never called me up. After 5 minutes I walked up to her and asked her if she was working? She said she was waiting for her customer to come back. I asked her why there was no one else working, all she did was shrug.

I went back to the line while we waited for this customer to come back all the while wondering why she just couldn't have put her customers business to the side and assist the people in line. After 5 more minutes I was pretty frustrated with this branches lack of customer service. I spotted another Compass worker in one of the offices ignoring us (he identified himself as Tyler) so I walked up to him and asked him why no one else was working. He said there were only 2 tellers that work there. I asked him if he thought it was a good idea to just employ 2 tellers and was it a good idea to just have 1 working? He said he didn't know. I asked him to get on a teller window and assist us. He refused saying he didn't have a login. My mother worked as a bank manager for 3 decades which is why I know that is a complete lie.

When I go to the location on 32st and camelback I never EVER have to deal with these issues. They always have at least 3 people manning teller stations and are always asking if they can help you. This location at Thomas has literally gotten worse and worse every year. They have insufficient staff and their customer service is ABYSMIAL.

this is the worst bank for merchant services \ credit card processing ever - they have no idea what the problems are and how to fix them - the bank cant help and the security department wont help - also, the security department is a black hole of misinformation - if you are a small business, you should never consider them. As soon as I clear this last transaction - 11 days and still going to release $3300 - I am going to close the account and run from them!
