Barneys New York Warehouse

Very very small selection :(
I asked if they had any makeup bags and they said they didn't i asked if they had pouches they said they sold out.
I found some mink fur sandals that i fell in love with and wanted! So i asked what sizes they had.. they told me only the display which was a size 6?? Um ok...
yeah i wont be shopping here they dont have anything

Absolutely rubbish and it's not surprising whatsoever this store is closing down. The only thing worse than the sorry, dated, overpriced fare on offer is the staff working there who can't even greet you let alone crack a smile.

This is an outlet store that carries Barneys outlet label and luckily for us, some designer things will appear at times. Having been to many other Barneys warehouses, I know this is one of their best locations. The selection is almost always a hit or miss so if you want Barneys ultra designer things in your size, then go to the flagship Barneys in SF. However, if one of your primary reasons for going to the outlet is to bargain hunt (isn't it for all of us?), then this is the place for you. Their Celine bags at times are like hitting the jackpot and the sales associates are very helpful. They have a large 'imperfect' section as well, but some of these 'imperfects' will have things like 'label coming off' for additional 30% off. I personally like shopping here and have never had a problem with the sales people.

Trash service, been in here multiple times, not once have I been greeted smh. I'll be glad to take my business elsewhere

Terrible experience overall. First time ordering online from them and they lost my package, I called to make a claim and was left on hold for 15 minutes then told they had to do an investigation first with Fedex and that would take a week and then process the shipment, etc which would take another 7-10 days, offering no consideration to next day deliver my package once they did the investigation or little else, so all in all I'm at their beckon to receive my package 3-4 weeks later after my initial order. That is a terrible experience for the customer. I will not shop Barney's warehouse ever again. Word of advice: learn from Nordstrom's rules of engagement for customer service.

Barney's supposedly carries designer items sourced from new york. 1/2 the store is women's wear and the other half men's wear. many designer brands present: alexander wang, nude jeans, kors, etc.

pricing very high. markdowns 50-70% offered.

While I love Barneys department store, I have to say this outlet has a terrible return policy for Celine items. I have purchased a Celine phantom bag, wallet and sweater all from this outlet (even at outlet prices it's still $$) so you'd think that they would consider me a somewhat regular client. Anyways I recently bought yet another Celine bag and unfortunately for me it was not made explicitly clear that Celine bags are final sale. I asked if I could at least get store credit and the only thing the manager could offer was an in store exchange. I mean, really I have to bring the bag in and exchange for something right then and there. That's terrible customer service! For that reason, I will never shop at this outlet. And to all you Celine lovers, know that things are final sale only!!!

I love Barney's, especially the online end of year sales for shoes! I check out this outlet each time I'm there and their clothing and shoes selection is terrible. This is why the 3 stars!

However, FIVE STARS if you are a Celine lover! 40% OFF! WOW! I've bought three bags here and I love them! They never had Phantom before and this time I totally lucked out -- they had a few and one I loved! Still very pricey but couldn't pass up the 40% off! Extra 10% off if you open a credit card. Hint: They do not put Celine on the floor -- you need to ask to see them -- if they see you with a Celine bag, they will generally approach you about them.

The one sales associate used to keep me informed of new arrivals but I think she left. I need to call the associate who helped me this time to keep her eyes open for me for some other super special bags.

The service is lacking here. I feel they're snooty about helping the average person although everything they have is sort of overpriced and old, worn out unwanted looking. I asked the salesguy to show me a bracelet and he was like, "it's uncomfortable and small." Ummmm... Is that normal? I think they should let me decide.

This store is great. The clothes are very nice and a great deal for the quality, especially compared with usual Barney's prices. Siobhan (maybe not getting the name right?) was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Barney's Warehouse!
