Lovely space in a historical stable, worth it simply to sit on the terrace and sip mint tea. But the food was some of the best on Rue Saint-Jean, place of fabulous restaurants! Wonderful service, willing to do their best with special requests in the meal and in the room temperature.

At the end of an alley. What more could you want? Stone walls, warm and charming inside. There were several big parties who filled up the space quickly. The baclava was fantastic, and my lamb tagine was tender, but not spicy enough for my liking.
A nice change from the usual "French/Canadian" fare" and at reasonable prices.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Ozzie E.Côte Saint-Luc, QC245210Aug 7, 2014
The decor is gorgeous, and the authentic Moroccan music adds to the atmosphere.
The gorgeous brick wall on the outdoor "hallway" terrace is spectacular.
The service isn't bad, but it's nothing special. The server was knowledgeable, but not the friendliest.
The taste of the food was outstanding, but the portions very small. I was still hungry, but I did enjoy every bite.
This was a nice quiet break from the busy streets of Quebec City. I would even come back!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lola T.La Cité-Limoilou, Québec City, QC02Sep 18, 2017
Very nice atmosphere and delicious food. The vegetable couscous and meat platter was devoured in minutes. Also, cheap drinks!

On our last night in Quebec City, we were looking for a non-touristy restaurant that was unique and not too expensive. We definitely found it in Bar Club Casablanca. The decor, music and low lighting are charming and authentic. Walking through the long courtyard makes it feel as though you have ventured into a secret space. Our meals were simple, fresh and delicious. The mint tea is lovely. The building used to be a horse stable, which makes it all the more charming. Highly recommend.
