4 stars for window tints. ZERO STARS for their auto "detail" services. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST CAR WASH OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. I went into today and got my windows tinted. I had an appointment and called two days before the appointment and requested an "Express Detail" to be added. Ronell (I think he is the manager) said okay. I bring my car in for my appointment and mentioned the express detail. It wasn't written down and they seemed surprised that I asked for it. No biggie.

The "Express Detail" is listed at $39.95 and includes the following (per their website):
"The express detail package includes exterior wash, tire & wheel cleaning, tire dressing, vacuum and cleaning of windows inside and out. Professionally wash the outside of your car using our high quality soap mixture. Rinse off any remaining soap or dirt by using our super hot pressure washer for maximum cleaning results. We will clean and shine all of your vehicle's tires. Vacuum the interior of your vehicle .Clean with a super soft sponge the inside and outside of all glass windows."

Their website said it takes 1-2 hours to "wash" or "detail" the car. Okay, again no big deal.

When my car was ready, I was shocked at the result. Unfortunately, I had to get back to Kirkland for another appointment and was pressed for time. My car was absolutely filthy on the outside! Dirt. Water spots everywhere. Fingerprints on the front windshield. Smears all over the car. No tire dressing. Garbage left in the car (they peeled off some stickers on my window so they could apply the tint and left the stickers on the floor). The back seat was not vacuumed. It appeared my car was not washed at all. If it was washed, someone likely took a damp towel and just wiped it down. NO WAY was it washed in accordance with their website description of the "Express Detail". And no way in hell did someone spend 1-2 hours washing my car.

I called back and spoke to the manager. I told the mgr it was absolutely horrible and the windshield was filthy. He did apologize, but said since I picked the "express detail," I pretty much got what I paid for. He said if I drove all the way back to Everett, he would have the windows wiped. The whole car needed attention - this was a crap job. I really just want my damn money back.

I ended up just going to Flamingo Car Wash on 85th in Kirkland. I paid $21.99 and they did a stellar job.

The only way I would ever return to AutoConcepts is for window tint issues. Judging by other comments on Yelp, they aren't that great at car washing.

Worst service ever, had my rockchips repaired here, after just 2 weeks, the rockchips kept on spreading. Brought it back and they said the rockchips were new and they deny any work was done. Wasted $85 for rockchip "repair". Stay clear of this place!

Took a ford truck in to have the interior detailed, but when I got it the next day the first thing I noticed was they did not even attempt to clean the seats. There was a lot of leftover dog hair in plain site that had not been touched. In the back seat there was actually still dirt on the back seat. I let them know and they took it around back to get the dog hair. About ten minutes later the car was returned, not perfect but much better than what it was. While driving down the road and changing the radio station I noticed they clearly did not do a good job buffing the dash and left a thin film of greasey dash cleaner over everything.

I would take my car somewhere else and do not recommend Auto Concepts Northwest.

I bought a deal they had through LivingSocial a few months ago. I finally went to cash it in and had to call many times over a few days to get a live person.

I spoke to the person and told them my car's year, make, and model. She asked for my email address to send an email confirmation of the appointment. I'll admit I didn't think it through and gave it, thinking it would spare me from a phone confirmation (I prefer email over phone).

So I get a confirmation email and the year and model are wrong on my car. Thanks for paying attention. I emailed them back with the correct info and the email bounced. The next day I got spam from Klein Honda, which is their parent company. Way to make me never come here again after my coupon is used, and never buy a car from Klein Honda. I have no time for people who abuse my private information like that. Getting an auto detail does not mean I want junk mail from a dealership, especially when the dealership is not even the business I contacted. That's a really good way to turn people off this group of companies entirely.

At least ASK people if they want to bed added to your campaign list. Of course, people would say no, and their expensive marketing campaigns would go to waste, so they're not going to do that. Ridiculous.

For what I paid, the experience and the quality of the work were acceptable. Relative to my definition of a "complete detail" the job came up short.

What was good?
- Got me in for a Friday morning appointment with only 2 days notice.
- Best price for an interior, exterior, and engine bay detail job - $160 with online coupon plus some extra to wax my truckbed cover
- Friendly and courteous
- Free shuttle associated with Klein Honda that took me home after I dropped off my truck
- Better quality work than a typical pull-through car wash
- Worth not spending 6 hours doing it myself

What did they miss?
- Leaves in the doorjamb, pine needles in the engine compartment
- Multiple areas of wax residue that weren't buffed out
- Windows were washed without rolling them down so there were lines around the edges of the glass when I rolled them down later
- Vacuumed and wiped down the rubber mats, but didn't really scrub them. There were lots of light dirt stains throughout
- Didn't call me to announce the job was done

I noticed several of these things at the time of pickup and chose not to ask for further work. Overall, the truck looked really good and it was worth my investment to not do it myself. If my kids had done this level of work on the truck I would have said "Great job!" but for a professional shop billing their work as a "detail job" there was too much inattention to detail.

This place is a fucking JOKE called today about getting my Car windows tinted and this idiot with a goofy voice on the phone said $299 but they got a special for $249 and they need it for 4 hours. Their website says they can have it done in one to two hours and I said something about that and he must have thought I was STUPID! It doesn't take 4 fucking hours to tint a 2009 Chevy Malibu and $249 isn't a fucking SPECIAL! I told him politely that I would take my business somewhere else cause what he says and what their website says is two different things and he acted like he didn't even care stating that their website is wrong. This isn't my first time getting a four door car tinted and it's never takin over 2 hours let alone 4 hours like this joke of a place wants!

Ordered the Deluxe Detail (full interior/exterior) from the Amazon Local deal, really just wanted to get the inside of my car cleaned up and get a coat of wax on it before winter. Dropped off my car first thing Saturday morning and picked up what looked like a new car Saturday afternoon. (Yes, I left it all day - I was willing to be without my car to make sure they had time time to give it the attention I was hoping it would get.) I have a 10 year old BLACK Toyota RAV-4 and am completely amazed at how great it looks. Black is tough to maintain - I did not expect it to come out as well as it did. The paint hasn't looked this good since it was new and the interior is absolutely spotless! I'm definitely more than satisfied with the detail job and will certainly be a repeat customer to Auto Concepts Northwest! Thank you Joey, Jon and Javier!!!!

I have given this place 3 different chances. It is close to home and seemed convenient for the price. But my experience....
I drop off my car first thing in the morning on Monday for a detail. I saw that someone else got a shuttle ride back home, as I was advised to run across the highway and RENT A CAR! So I did, thinking that I would only need it for the day. I was advised it would be ready by 5pm. No phone call later, and I run by the shop to find it closed. So I had to keep the rental over night.
2nd time I needed another detail and and an oil change. Was told I could get both done. Only got the detail. Had to return for the oil change. I sat in the lobby waiting on the oil change. Finally finished almost 2 hrs later... Drive away from the lot when I realize my car is shaking like an earthquake hit. I drive it throughout the day and realize it isn't stopping. I call the place only hours later to tell them what was happening and they told me I could bring it back the following week. I'm a busy lady and now it's been since July 2014 that It has been SHAKING a like crazy. And they won't see me about the situation without charging me more money!
Ps this is all after misinforming me that my brake pads need changed (when I just had them done months earlier) and I show up to show them the receipt to having them done and he said, "oh yeah you're right, they're fine".
Crap business if you ask me

Brought my car in for a detail "outside only," paid top dollar. When I came to pick up my car 5 hours later, they said it was done, there was still minor scratches. Had to wait for them to rub out. It should be noted my car was a small 2 door that was almost perfect to begin with. Also left swirl marks from buffing in my black paint. Just called it a day paid and learned my lesson. After I got home noticed they hadn't even buffed my lower spoiler.
Hard to believe this place is connected to a New car dealer. Don't waste your money!

I've been sitting here for 4 1/2 hours! They just keep telling me a little longer. 30 min.....45 more minutes.....it's almost ready. Ugh. I'd go elsewhere and avoid the hassle and time wasted.
