Alison and Jason are the dream team that landed us our dream home. As first time buyers they took the time to educate us, entertain our "what if" whims and eventually go to bat to make us the winners in a difficult market. I've happily passed them along to friends looking to buy (who also have success stories) - their history of word of mouth customers speaks for itself!

Allison + Camille are the perfect duo whether you're a first time homebuyer and need a lot of hand holding or if you're a seasoned buyer with properties under your name already.

First of all - they text you! So you can quickly tap and see their suggestions on available inventory. I work fulltime and freelance so the only time I reply to emails is when its work related, my personal agenda tends to get pushed til 11pm or later. But since they text me, if I'm getting a quick bite I can skim easier and reply with "lets take a tour" or "pass"!

Secondly, Camille is super sweet, patient, and kind. She has shown me so many properties, and each time when I felt let down she always encourages me that theres something out there. In 2020 I worked with a different agent and she said that to me too, but she was always late or gave me the code whenever there was a showing. Not Camille - she always showed up. As moral support, guidance, especially if you're buying for the first time and alone.

Lastly, once you set your eyes on it, Allison shoots over docusign like target on a bullseye. Quick & efficient, and even after I got the condo I troubled them for some questions and they still answered (did not get the vibe like the sale is done and theyre like byeeee)

I'll be going to them for selling & buying in the future. And have already recommended them to more than a handful.

Alison helped us find our little home 5 years ago now and we are still in touch. I write this on the anniversary of our purchase, one that we are so glad we made and so thankful for Alison's help.

As first time homeowners, Alison really lead us through the process. We had had a bad experience with another realtor, and she helped us get passed and over that. More importantly, knowing our budget and what we were looking for, she introduced us to a part of town we would never have found otherwise, Eagle Rock the little town we still call home.

Alison Huddy and her husband Jason are great real estate agents. Their expertise is in Northeast Los Angeles (Atwater, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, & more). I originally started looking for a property at the beginning of 2015 with a different agent and made many, many offers that were all rejected. I felt as though something was missing in the process - the previous agent didn't give me very good tips/advice during our trips to open houses, and she also was not able to make it to more than half of the open houses I wanted to see.

Alison, on the other hand, made herself very available to me which was extremely important especially as I was a first time homebuyer. She filtered out houses that she thought would meet my criteria and even went ahead to see the houses before we went together. As you can imagine, this saved me a lot of time as I'm usually not able to see any open houses during the weekday due to work. She gave me tips that were definitely helpful - tips on whether the house would be easy to sell in the future, tips on location of property, etc. To top it off, she has a great bubbly personality that makes you love seeing her every single weekend for those open houses.

In the end, her many years of experience helped me to purchase a house of my dreams, in less than 2 months of working together! She used several tactics that I found very smart. IMAGINE if I had started off with her! Throughout the very stressful escrow process, Alison was there with me every step - from inspections to loan appraisal.

I just bought a condo in DTLA with Alison's SUPERB help. I'd originally started my search with a friend and we were looking for investment property. That morphed into me looking for a single-family home on the East Side ... and then that morphed into me realizing that, really, I always wanted to live downtown.

At the end of the day, we found the perfect place for me and Alison was a tremendous champion the whole way through. She's smart, funny, and really dialed in to the marketplace. She's also really patient ... I didn't see even one eye roll from her as I shifted my plan over and over again. I'd highly recommend Home Sweet Huddy to anyone looking in the LA area. You won't regret it!

If not for Alison, we would not have our first home. Period.

We started seriously looking in the beginning of the year. We started with another agent, but I just wasn't feeling the love from her. She basically said, you do the research and I'll show up to unlock the doors. Nope, this didn't work for me. As first-timers, we needed our hands held. We needed someone to tell us, 'no you don't want this street' or 'yes, this is a great area with the best elementary school.'

So I started looking for an agent who knew Northeast LA. The real estate gods sent us our angel Alison.

I got a great vibe from her the moment we talked on the phone. As new moms, she was speaking my language about schools and all the great activities in the area I had no idea about.

We hit the ground running with appointments she booked that very Saturday. She took us to all the properties we 'thought' we wanted. It was courteous of her and very enlightening. She basically said, nope this is not what you want. Which was great! We needed someone with experience living in the area to tell us the truth.

That afternoon and through the rest of the week, Alison sent us properties she felt would be right. Very proactive. And boy was she on the money. That next Sunday we went to the open house for the Hill Drive house. When we told her we really liked it, she dropped everything and was there in 15 minutes. She spoke with the seller's agent and asked so many questions I wouldn't even know to ask.

We put in an offer on Monday and after a multiple-counter, they accepted on Wednesday. That was it!

Alison also referred us to excellent mortgage brokers. The seller's agent told me that there were a few factors that made the sellers pick us. One was they knew Alison as a fellow local agent and the other was the success working with the mortgage brokers Alison referred.

As fate would have it, we left the country that very next week. You have all these inspections you need to schedule during escrow. I was beside myself. How in the world could we pull this off? Well, if you have Alison, you don't have to worry. She scheduled it all, kept in constant contact with us about the results and next steps. She was on top of it all. Like I said, an angel.

Alison was there for us every single step of the way. On the day we were given the keys, Alison was there with a great big hug and a very special gift, as if making our first home purchase a reality wasn't gift enough! She gave us a handpainted, framed drawing of our home. Every time I look at it, I think of all that Alison did for us and get a little choked up. It's a very emotional thing buying the home where our baby daughter will grow up. Alison Huddy gave that to us! We love her and there's no way to thank her enough.

Alison and Jason just helped me buy my first home! I will 100% be working with them again. From the house hunting process to closing, Alison and Jason were helpful in walking me through each step and giving constructive advice. I am so glad I had such knowledgeable and available agents who really cared about helping me through this for my first home purchase. They made a very stressful process smooth and helped ease all my fears.

Alison is just the best! It's so critical to find an agent that knows the area, has great relationships with other agents, is responsive and available, and really focuses on what's right for you. Alison has all of that and she's simply one of the kindest people I've ever met.

I really never thought I could own a home in LA but as soon as I began talking with her it quickly became real! She provided a number of listings as she learned what I was looking for in a home and because she knows the market so well, was able to really guide me into what was a great deal and also how to approach putting in my offer. She's made the whole process effortless. Her recommendations for mortgage lenders, inspectors, etc. were all spot on, too. My sale ended up having a 21 day escrow and it wouldn't have been possible without her help.

Alison and Jason are amazing! We worked primarily with Alison as our buying agent for our very first home and she was invaluable during this whole journey. With such a huge purchase that entails long-term effects, we really needed someone that (a) we could trust and (b) understood the needs & wants of our lifestyle.

We totally got that with Alison (and her husband Jason too!). She immediately knew the neighborhoods and houses we wanted to a tee, and had a great sense of style for decorating or renovation options we never would've been able to picture.

One of the best parts of working with Alison and Jason is their commitment to their clients. As nervous first time buyers we called A LOT. Whether we had a question about houses we saw come up Redfin, offer prices, inspections, lenders, even home insurance providers- she was always patient, thorough, and incredibly helpful. They made time to go see houses or attend inspections on their days off. They even took our calls about mortgage rates while attending a wedding! Whenever we had doubts or concerns we knew we could contact Alison and we'd get straight answers and some peace of mind.

She was also helpful in the escrow process- getting us the best credit possible and helping us extend our escrow at the last minute.
