This is a terrific store. The owners, Lyndsay, and her hubby, are fabulous. All the staff go out of their way to be genuinely helpful.

For example, when I needed 14 inch winter tires, none of the 5 models that I WANTED came in my size. But Lyndsay worked to find me something that did! She was also so kind to give me a free oil change as my Xmas present!

Their waiting area is large and spacious, no oil or other smells waft in, which is awesome.

All they need to do is offer coffee/hot chocolate/water like some of the other locations! Great store!

Lyndsey & Aaron are top notch. Work hard and very fair.
Had a complete brake job done - had an issue - called and returned to have it fixed - no issues. Actually my next set of pads are on the house .

My car literally broke down a few feet from their garage so i didn't really have a choice but to get a tow or use this garage.

The staff was friendly and very informative and they explained what was wrong with the car and how it happened.

I called around to other car garages to get quotes and Active G&R had a competitive price. ...They even knocked $50 off the regular price for me.

When I was dealing with one sales rep, another one jumped into the conversation with a very rude tone. So I left!! Will be calling the mgr in the week

I will start by saying that not only are these guys scammers but are jerks too.
I went to change my summer tires to the winter tires and the first thing out of the guys mouth was that the tires were no good and yet I had bought them last year and to boot the tires still had the strings on the side. he proceeded to tell me that the tires were cracked and that I needed to get new tires and threw in that my family would not be safe and he was concerned for my safety! I am a neat person and had my tires all in a row in the SUV trunk when I got the SUV back the real seats were down the baby seat was out and the tires were just thrown one on top of each other. i am so pissed at the way I got treated and the fact that they have no respect for peoples things. I felt so sorry for the girl who came in with the SUBARU! all they saw was $$$$$$ signs. All I have to say is don't go there I will never step foot into that place again!

I've been here a couple times to get my daughter's snow tires put on/off and have an oil change. The service was decent although we had to wait awhile at the front desk for service...only had one person on duty with 3 other customers in line waiting. The work was good although I haven't had any major repairs done here. I would recommend if you need something basic (i.e. oil change etc).
