You can't reach them by telephone. Only SMS which often isn't received as they use a VOIP service. They used to have two locations now only one. Blaine is effectively a ghost town and needs some major shopping outlets in the mall.

Can't reach anyone at 5d. There's a voice recording saying their phone number is disconnected. They're not replying to email. It appears they're another casualty of this pandemic. What happens now with everyone's packages?

Love this 2nd location for 5dpackages! All the same great rate ($2USD/package), staff, gong, wifi, and organization of 5d but with a much bigger space, less crowded and tons of parking available!
It's located in the plaza next to Dollar Tree and Subway.
Way to go 5dpackages for expanding your awesome services!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Paul S.Coquitlam, BC43123366Jul 30, 2019
Always a pleasure dealing with them. They are always so welcoming, quick, efficient and friendly.

I've been a fan of 5dpackages since their early days and never thought they could sustain their pricing. However, they have done just that and now have opened this huge location in the strip mall near the Cost Cutters. I was able to send a few packages to the new location to take advantage of their promotional pricing. Walking into this new location after going to their Peace Arch location is like going from a 1997 Toyota Corolla to a brand new Ford F-150. The storage space they have behind the counter looks even more massive. It will be interesting to see what they do with the Peace Arch location but the guy I talked to at the new location said they will be keeping both. I am fairly certain they have the best prices in town so for now, you can choose which location is more convenient for you. Totally a fan of 5dpackages.

Been using 5D for several years and the service is excellent. At $2 a parcel it is a very good price. Although not accessible 24 hours it does offer 30 days to pick up before surcharging occurs so it allows for accumulation before making a trip there to pick up. Larger items like tires are $3 whether individual or strapped as pairs. Good for shipping out items too. They usually have USPS flat rate packaging available. The newer location in the mall has much easier parking. Free wifi too which is a nice courtesy for customers.

New added location, same old gong. Big new spot in the shopping center with Cost Cutter. Lots of parking and space inside to accommodate plenty of people. Was the only person there on my first visit. In and out with no problems. Website has all the info nicely laid out and the ability to load money onto your account and simply have it deducted each time you pick up is very convenient.
They have a $1.75 promo until the end of January and get a $5 credit with registration at https://5dpackages.com/?r=1101HBHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Derek T.Coquitlam, BC0262May 2, 2019
Straight FWD and to the point. No niceties...... Give your number, pkg comes out. A smile would be nice. $2 per pkg. No cc used for the account from what I understood, you have to transfer money (a la PayPal etc). UPS store is $1 per pkg next door.....once I have burned thru my balance, I'll give them a go. Smile or no smile, money is money

This second location is bigger but somehow not as busy as the original location. $2 per package with no yearly fees. Hours are decent as they are open late until 9pm M-F. Ample parking in front of the store as it is in a mall complex. Only issue I have is the store does not always open on time in the morning.
