First Choice Haircutters

Will NOT return. The haircut was fine, the aggressive upselling of their shampoo and conditioner was annoying and dishonest. They told my family member if he didn't use their shampoo & conditioner, his hair would fall out and he'd go bald! Baldness is heredity, using a brand of shampoo will NOT prevent this. NO ONE in our family will ever set foot in this place again. Avoid.

This place is closed down :( used to go to this location all the time, they closed down yesterday.

Today my sisters and I went to First Choice at this location. Both my sisters wanted to do highlights - dark red and dark brown highlights. What did we end up with? Blond highlights and orange highlights! The sister who wanted blond highlights had one highlight on the top of her entire head.. we failed to find the other highlights!! We told them this was the wrong color and after many attempts to change the colour they changed it to a much darker colour. Basically it didn't look like she did her highlights! My other sister who wanted the red highlights wanted peak a boo highlights. We even showed a picture to ensure the stylist got the idea. Instead she ended up orange underside hair (not peak a boo) inside her hair for half the head. Not to mention.. Her shirt was soaking wet from their failed head wash! We left at 9:30 (they started on our hair at 5 45) with partially wet hair so obviously the hair colour wasn't visible till we got home. So now... we are trying to dye our hair black so thag we can walk in public! We are very very VERY disappointed in the quality of service we received here! It was a waste of $180 for hair colours that were asked for! We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
