After your cleaning service was completed, you initially expressed that you were pleased with the work. However, after receiving the invoice, you raised concerns—first regarding the duration of the cleaning, despite our GPS records confirming the time spent on-site. Nonetheless, I adjusted the invoice to accommodate your request.

Following that, you expressed further dissatisfaction with the service, and in response, I offered you a free cleaning to ensure your satisfaction. To be clear you paid zero dollars for this clean.

After that you proceeded further and called me, the conversation took an unfortunate turn when you made false accusations about my character and how I treat my employees. I want to clarify that the rate you received for house cleaning is fair, and the claim regarding my employees’ wages is inaccurate. In fact it could not be further from the truth. We pay above industry standards to our employees and offer a full benefit package. We have a large team and they return year over year. We have fostered an amazing team and work culture over the years.

Additionally, our working relationship began on Bark, where you are now banned, which raises concerns about how you engage with service providers. You also called multiple times to confirm your appointment, seemingly forgetting our agreed-upon schedule. Given these factors, it appears that there may be a larger issue at play.
