I'm shocked to see the bad reviews! this is a super late review, but a few years ago I rented this service for my friend for her birthday. The driver ( owner?) went above and beyond what I expected, and when we came out of the hotel he was waiting for us with a pink limo, dressed head to toe in pink. he has good music in the limo, it was clean, and we all had an awesome time. would definitely use him again!

Our experience with this company was not good at all. We booked the Pink Birthday Limo for one of our sisters' birthday and on that day we got a call from the company, 1 1/2 hours prior to the booking, saying it was no longer available for the time we had booked it, and we had booked at least 1 1/2 weeks to 2 weeks prior to this day. They offered a white limo, a discount, or to pick us up later that night, or the next day with the pink limo but none of these options were satisfactory because it could not accommodate some of the participants which had planned to come in from out of town just for that 1 special night! After that happened we did mention it to some other people who said they had also heard of stories like this. Customer Service doesn't seem to be a thing anymore, very disappointed that they ruined a very special day we had planned for our very special sister's birthday!

Awful service. Called asking about a birthday package for my niece's birthday. Told me over phone all is good. Friday was great and to email him. I did as such and figured all good. I called but no answer. Called again no answer.
Emailed again asking why no response and if we're still good. He says he's all booked up-how about Saturday. I stated you said it was fine for Friday. You said all was good. Of course not Saturday her birthday is Friday. His response as soooo, about Saturday?

The comment by Jasmine R is so not correct that I have to comment.....
Both myself and two of my friends have used Sweetheart Limousine for our weddings and a few other parties. We have not ever had the experience that this lady says she had.
The owner went out of his way to make my wedding and my friends weddings awesome. The drivers were so friendly and accommodating every time. Our colors were matched perfectly and the wine glasses were colored and even matched to my surprise. Our champagne was so chilled......I never had champagne so chilled and so refreshing in my life. My husband dislikes champagne but he says that it was so good that day.
I have to comment on how clean these limos were......they sparkled. I have been in other limos for various events and a lot of them were unkept and outdated. Sweetheart's limos are very stately and comfortable.
When my friends and I sit down and talk about our weddings we talk about how very awesome the day was......we talk about the friends and family that were there, the funny things that happened and our first night with our husbands. I can't help but feel the unhappiness of Jasmine R and encourage her to think about the happy moments. Getting married to the man you love is so much more than the Limo.
I highly recommend this company!!!!

In reality now we all sit back and talk about how terrible it was. I was asked for my wedding colours so you could decorate the limo I said dark purple and light green but it's hard to match. The napkins were pink brown and dark green. The driver wasn't interested at all in us. Didn't open the door once. Didn't help us with the music which wouldn't work (until our final trip out of 3) he was more interested in smoking as soon as we got anywhere (max 10 mins drive between stops) the front of the car therefore stunk of cigarettes. It's just bad when you are told you have to tip before the experience. Because with the service we got I wouldn't have given him a thing. He left me disappointed with the whole service and wondering if it was worth it at all. At this stage I don't think I would be able to recommend this company to anyone.
