Shalem Manor

Residents are clearly not thought of in this location.  Renovations have been going on for over 2 years.  Residents homes have been in upheaval during these 2 years.  Workers come in to do minimal work but leave the apartment in complete disarray and management is not at all concerned about this. It's absolutely despicable what they but the residents through with no concern whats so ever.  Condo fees are extremely high at $560 a month. And again if something goes wrong in your suite you can expect to wait weeks if not months to have it repaired.  Honestly take your money elsewhere these people don't care about you or your loved ones.
