Used to go here about once every 2 weeks when I lived in Toronto. Many good memories had.
If you want a truly unique, quaint, unforgettable bar experience, the Queens Legs has you covered. Not many places serve James Ready and Steamwhistle on tap.
Extremely friendly staff. Prompt to grab you whatever drinks you want, or the place is small enough you can just walk 3 steps to the bar.
Different food specials everyday. This isn't Gordon Ramsay quality food, but this place is about the atmosphere and the drinks.
Live music comes in around the weekends at night. Great to listen to, even just walking by.
They have a particular table that is situated across from the bar, closer to the main entrance. I have not been for a year or two, but at one time there was a lamp on the table. It was my table of choice. I enjoyed sitting with my back to the main entrance on the south side of the table while my one or two friends sat on the other side of the table and told me real-life stories. - Steven S.York, ON065/20/2018
A simple establishment giving off cheap dive bar vibes. Currently it is easy to miss due to the massive construction surrounding it, I can only imagine the noise during the weekdays. Opens at 3pm but kitchen doesn't until 6pm so be prepared to eat chips until then or just come in at six. Regular patrons make the rules and should you complain to the owner about any of them you will be insulted and yelled at. So, why one star? Because they have a stellar jukebox with great selection of songs! Just don't play too many songs, cos you know - one of the rules.

Saw Screaming Evil Blues Band here. A great rock band who talks to the audience. What a surprise! They might double as stand up comedians ; ) Â not very evil ha ha, but can play blues on request, can even play Happy Birthday on request!

If you are a connoisseur of local dive bars, this is a good hang. Food is good. Staff are friendly. Bartender will join you outside for a smoke. There are pool tables, karaoke nights and a mini library. What else could you ask for? Lots of TV's too for game night.

I just really like divey bars. Â This isn't to say it's bad, or dirty, or anything of the sort. Â It's just got that old feel of a neighbourhood boozer that is hard to find these days. Â Now, everything is artisinal and curated, which is fine if you like that sort of thing, but I don't want to spend $15 on a handcrafted cocktail. Â I want a $5 James Ready pint and good conversation with friends. Â This place provides those things, and the owners are really nice.

Interesting experience. English was a second language here which made ordering and the bill time interesting.
Getting our bill and arranging it took longer than probably the entire meal.
Food was ok and very cheep. very deep fried.... if you enjoy deep fried you are good. - Jim G.North York, ON301252254/7/2012
This is a curious hole in the wall on Eglinton. It's dingy and quiet. The bartender seems to be the owner and the chef. The food is really cheap and was better than I expected. The pool table at the back seems to be free at all times. The interior is really tired and this place is in desperate need of a Restaurant Makeover. Good for a cheap evening if you want to be left alone, have a quiet ale.

Nice chill spot to have a beer and relax. Not much more to say. Good house priced beers.
