The owner and the jeweller who assisted are both extremely straightforward, easy to talk to, professional, friendly, PATIENT and honest. I was welcomed respectfully and treated with respect for the hour or longer I took up their time. They cleaned a couple pieces of my jewelry, including the ring I was wearing and put NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER on me to sell any or all of the jewelry I brought in for cash.
Years ago I went to one of their competitors who was brash, blatantly rude and disrespectful, who started popping the stones out of my jewelry before I agreed to sell it. I could go on....DISHONEST.
If you are looking for fairness, customer service and to be treated with respect - AL PINTO IS YOUR MAN!

The older grey haired sales guy said I could get $70 cash for it.
Thank goodness I checked just be chance some other jewelry stores in the neighbourhood. They all gave me the same quote of $125!
I will never go into Pinto Jewelry again!!
