Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

My car had been through some battles... brought it in for an estimate and Nick was very helpful...he even helped me get a rental while getting my car fixed ( I paid for it) the service was excellent, prompt and affordable...I had gotten a couple of estimates before. This was a bit higher but much more convenient and reliable plus it is warranty .... Highly recommended.

This place rocks!!! Took my GMC Acadia to get the back painted and boy did they do a superb job on it and the price was excellent!!! I will be back for more!!!!!

Back in March I took my vehicle to Maaco for some bumper work guy there Bob gave me a pretty good deal the work was decent so when I needed work done on my vehicle again I thought about Bob and thought I'd shoot him some work I was hit on the driver side rear quarter panel and I wanted the front hood repainted one of the worst mistake I ever made they did terrible work on my vehicle sloppy no attention to detail poor craftsmanship primer everywhere on my headlights on my tires in my trunk they didn't clean the vehicle I had to take it back three times for them to fix what they didn't do right and it's still it's not right I will never ever recommend Maaco to anyone and I will never go back

Nick and the team did a great job on my car. Everything was finished on time and when my car was completed, the area of the car getting worked on looked like new. Pricing was less at Maaco than at other body shops in the area too which is a plus.

Ok. So let me sum up the experience. Excellent work...my issue was minor. My bumper clip was missing which had the plastic cover slightly separated from the fender....
Now the car is covered under warranty which is why i was referred to them in the first place.
Dealing with bob and nick was perfectly fine.
I brought my car in there this past Friday morning around 830am. I was told that in the event that the car needed to be painted it would need a day to dry. So fortunately there is an enterprise next door so a rental wouldn't be a problem. It was agreed that Monday evening would be plenty of time to get the car turned around.
So monday comes and im told they are waiting for a minor part which should have been delivered on Friday morning. Ok...
So i come by on Tuesday Afternoon And I'm told the minor part still Hasn't Been Delivered. Now I'm a pretty easy going guy but now this is starting to cost me extra with the rental.
It's not the fact that the business hasn't delivered the work on time as promised. It's the "oh well, what are you gonna do" attitude that they all seem to have there that rubbed me the wrong way. After all The extra hundred dollars that i had to pay for the rental is not their problem. I just felt if this was just a "minor part" problem something more could have been done to get the job done as promised. They left parts in the car and my clean car was left dirty.
So take it for what it's worth. Nice guys...good work...crappy customer service.

I had recently dropped off a bumper to get painted. At that time, Bob (Maaco salesmen) and I both inspected the new bumper for defects to which there was none. Then upon pickup, the bumper had a gouge and orange peel. Bob then tells me that he didn't inspect the bumper with me and that orange peel and paint defects is to be expected. He then told me that Maaco is not a one-off professional shop and that they do production work. I don't believe Bob knows the difference between one-off and production because one-off is exactly what they do.

In conclusion, Bob offered to fix/repair THEIR mistakes at MY expense.

My family has been coming to this location for car repairs for the last 15 years. Every single experience has been hassle free and excellent. The repairs are flawless. I don't see any garbage work coming out of this place. Nick Patel is a fantastic guy. I highly recommend going to this Maaco for your repairs. Every Mercedes and BMW we have owned has had dings and dents repaired here.

Scammers! Tried charging me 3000 when the work was done elsewhere for 500. Seems like they try to overwhelm the customer with a bunch of technical jargon, however when I consulted with another subject matter expert at a different car shop, I got a totally different report. Don't trust them! They want to make a quick buck.

Paint clear coat peeling off after 6 months. Bumper falling off. Nick Patel is the culprit. Ding was only fixed well. The crappy paint has bubbles in it...not smooth.

If you don't care about your car paint or it's your ex's or enemy's car, go here. If you want a nice quality job, go to another place...pay a little more for quality work. I only wish this place for my worst enemy.
