Just got a massage with my husband! Feet and shoulder massage at this new place, and wow it's great! We had seen it in the corner of our eyes literally as we were driving away from our Pho place and we haulted to a stop. He ran in and they were open!! We will be coming here at least twice a week, the price is really good, and very reasonable for us to be able to afford coming at least twice a week, so please don't change the prices because it's a huge factor!

As far as the service goes they were super friendly, not good at speaking English (like at all) but luckily for us there was a Caucasian man there (who massaged me) that was a good translator and very pleasant. He had answered all and any questions I had about the business and how long they've been open(his name is Kevin). He let me know that they are OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK! Including holidays from 10:00 until 11:00pm!! That's HUGE for my family, made us very excited since its hard for us to find something to do in the evenings together.

My husband ranted and raved about his massage with Mila, as I see the previous reviewer did as well! Great job, I am very impressed and excited to be returning here with him to receive the same services. Kevin did a fantastic job at massaging me as well, exited to call this place our new spot!

Reasonable prices at a clean and organized space. Simple and nothing fancy but it's relaxing and I enjoy it. Very nice service and know what they are doing. Not hard to find and quite a few parking spaces there. Bus stops at walking distance too and a bit further but skytrian stations are walkable too. Do suggest this place even though it looks alright and nothing special on the outside like many others, but the service is good, cleanliness is good, price is pretty good too.

They are top notch! Always great and friendly atmosphere and relaxing massage. Will be back again for sure!

I booked a reflexology appointment for my husband's birthday. The reflexology itself was good (according to my husband), the price was great, the location is great however the customer service was very poor.

After the services were complete, my husband tried to explain that I was going to pay for the service but I was waiting in the car with our sleeping baby (just a few steps away from the door).

Since there is a language barrier, they didn't understand. When he started to walk to the door, the owner starts yelling at him and blocks him while the lady runs to block the door. They treated him like a criminal.

Moments after, I walk in and paid for the services while my husband walked out very upset.

This was not the birthday present that he expected.

As I reflect on the situation, it really was a language barrier. This situation would have never happened if they had at least one fluent English speaking staff member. My husband struggled to understand them and they did not understand him.

New ownership = Horrible treatments. Beware of Amy especially. 45 minute treatments; lazy. Half-assed & doesn't address the areas requested. When asked about it she says: no more time. She short cut my 74 year old mother & me twice. She clearly hates her job & shouldn't be exposed to people who NEED treatments for injury or stress.

We've been coming here since it opened with Mia & Jeff - they were amazing! Don't waste your time or money at this place under new ownership.

Excellent therapists. Very skilled in various modalities. Also very responsive to your needs and conditions.

This place is always nice and quiet! So relaxing! Every time I've been it's been the same two masseuses. I always feel pleasantly taken care of pampered here. They restored my back and I sleep so well after my treatments here.

I love their hours. They are open until 11pm. So fun to go there around 9:30, come out around 11, get sushi n go home. Very good service. Very good prices. Plus the famous Chinese tip situation; which tip is not mandatory but it is and it cannot be on the card and has to be cash and has to be more than $5. Lol

Had such a relaxing reflexology session with Grace :) Everyone is friendly and super attentive. Highly recommend this place.

Looks like change of management. Hope next experience will be improved next time. Will go again and leave a more detailed review then.
