Honshu Sushi

Hidden gem!

Found this spot one day browsing Yelp and decided to try. Located in a huge plaza with lots of easily ready parking. Service is attentive. Restaurant is clean. Food is delicious!

The sushi fish cute are big and the ratio is perfect. The sushi and the rolls are perfect. The rolls with sauce do not have so much sauce unlike other sushi spots. The rolls have a good fish to sauce/topping ratio.

My fav roll we ordered was the Kiss Roll. I love salmon so this roll was heaven with lots of spicy salmon. We also tried the Sukki roll and it was yummy. They only put a little bit of eel sauce so its the right amount and too much. We also Fire Station roll, it was spicy and yummy.

Service is attentive and nice. They are quick to clear empty plates and refill water.

So yummy and will definitely be back. Their menu looks delicious.

The food and service here is what keeps my husband and I coming back regularly. All of the sushi chefs are friendly, and the fish is fresh. I highly recommend this place.

We've been Honshu fans for a while now. We love to sit at the bar and watch Brian work his magic. The sashimi plates are our new favorite.
Each time we go back, we try something new. Service is always solid and the food is always great.

One of my favorite sushi places of all time I recommend that you try the fire station role. Also the crispy creamy hand roll and the heart attack roll. These are all mostly all baked rolls, but they are very unique. The owner Billy is very nice and has a really nice atmosphere in his restaurant. If you would like the Lakers or Dodgers, they usually have the games on on a pretty big size TV. I come here with my mom for the past 10 years, and my dad is never really been a fan of sushi, but he enjoyed it when I took him.

Do used to be my go to place. I noticed all the good chefs have left. The fish is not fresh anymore. Just went back. Tried to give them another chance. The fish tasted horrible and mushy. Not sure what happened.

My favorite place for Sushi!!!! First thing I love is Billy the owner and his wonderful Sushi chefs and restaurant staff! Always welcoming and friendly. TV's a plenty for the sports fan, family friendly and an awesome area for Sushi bar seating. Our favs are pictured here:

Its truly a valley favorite located on Mason in Chatsworth.

The food is good the service was not walked in im a party of two they only gave us one menu then we get three different waiters then ready to leave and we had to get up and ask for a container and go to the register to pay our bill. The place was pretty empty I didn't understand the delay.

Super fresh fish, the staff service is on top of it. Chef Brian made us some special ninja rolls not on menu. Great ambiance def add it to our rotation. Highly Recommended!

First time here. Large space, very warm. Food was awesome. My wife did all sushi, me? I went for a combo plate, Bulgogi, and ribs. Both good, but the ribs rocked. Good chance, glad we took it.

My go to place for lunch! I work in this strip mall and this is the place I go to for lunch more than any other place because of the bang for your buck. I always get the lunch combo and it's very filling. Comes with rice, salad, miso soup and two entrees of your choice. I always get ca roll and tempura. Super cute and well coming and if you place a to go order it's always ready in 15 min. Highly recommend this place for both take out and dine in
