Epi Fire Protection

Terrible customer service; they're incredibly inconsiderate.  They park illegally on the pavement beside the kiss-n-ride blocking the resident's view of the drive / street as the exit the bldg. It just seems like they don't care. When they come to inspect the alarms in the units, they knock so loud I can hear them coming all the way down the hall, and they have loud radios which burp and squelch additionally. It just seems like we're on their schedule; they come and go and test alarms WITH NO WARNING and we are like cattle in pens; we exist for them.

The WORST part about condo life are the repeated fire alarms testing and EPI Fire is the worst I've ever seen.  They hold buildings hostage. They provide absolutely NO WARNING  and just show up and start testing the fire alarms whenever they feel like it which is usually a Monday at 10am when everyone is on a zoom call.  They don't take the stairs when doing floor to floor checks but instead hog the elevators and when you remind them they are service providers they'll swear at you, as one did me today 07 Nov 2022. BUILDING OWNERS AND TENANTS ASSOCIATIONS SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
