I took my 2021 Can Am Spyder motorcycle to Zu. The bike, has always been kept in top condition, or at least i thought so.

I am completely blown away, how Zu has made her paint Deep Marsala Red pop. He made even the matte black plastics look better than new. She was a floor model, so didn't even look this good directly off the showroom floor.

If you have a bike and want it to look it's absolute best, you MUST see Zu.

He was always professional, if a bit intimated at the prospect of doing such a unique vehicle. I had total confidence, that the job would be done right.

He far exceeded my expectations.

I HIGHLY recommend his service, and the care he takes with every vehicle and his passion for his craft.

Many people just "go to work" Zu is fully engrossed in his artwork, (that is the only way I can describe the magic he achieves).

You won't be disappointed with the amazing results.

Outstanding craftsmanship and customer service. It has seriously been a long while since I have last experienced an "above and beyond" level of customer service.

Nick was my first point of contact at this shop and right away he demonstrated exceptional levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and patience; he was quick to return my call, answer my texts and various inquiries. Even though I did do my shopping around and compared various alternatives in the GTA, it did not take very long before I decided that I would like to give my business here at Get Detailed.

When I met Nick in person, the foremost impression he had left me was that he was extremely genuine. If you are going to leave your beloved car with someone, you need to be able to trust them. Nick made the process extremely easy for me. He was honest about his thoughts and opinions and never did he try to upsell any of the other services available at his shop; you can trust him to only recommend the services if he actually thinks they would be suitable for YOUR needs. Some other shops I had contacted took no time in attempting to get me to pay more for additional products and services.

Needless to say, I was extremely happy with the final product. My car looked insanely sharp and slick. I don't think I can be any happier with the outcome. It's also very reassuring to know that my coating is backed with a written warranty - they really stand behind their products!

I highly recommend anyone looking to get their cars detailed, ceramic coated, or wrapped, to get them done here. You won't regret it.

I took my 2015 BMW 328 for a sped buff and wax for which they quoted me $340 

When I went to pick my car I expected to see my car look really great but I can only say that I was disappointed. 

The car looked okay and not so great. Remember I was paying them $340 for their service. None of the scracthes were removed even the minor scrathes remained and was visible. 

They din't even bother to remove the bug and tar before they applied wax on it.

Overpriced and not worth it.

I went here for a Level 2 - Full Detail. Either my expectations on what a Full Detail - level 2 would / should be, or they did not do such a great job. Considering all the good reviews I read here, when I went over my car I still found many door jamb areas that were dirty. It wasn't anything caked on either, just dirt. I wiped it off with a damp rag and it was all good...but what did I just pay $320 for?

I also found that my chrome tail pipe still had exhaust carbon on it. Maybe chrome is not included in a Level 2 - Full, I'll chalk it up to my own mistake for not confirming. But the tail pipe is still black after the detailing.

My suggestion for people is to take your time and comb over your car before you accept the work at the end. Use a fine tooth comb and be picky. If it says (and it does say) door jambs will be cleaned, they SHOULD be clean when it is all done.

But overall, these guys were nice and friendly. I have no problem with their attitude...my car just is not as clean as I had expected for $320.

The interior of my car was pretty rough from the winter, so after a few hours research in reviews, I made an appointment for just an interior clean. I was told that for my Mazda 3 hatchback, the cost started at $150.

I arrived on time (10am) the day of. Hamsa greeted me and invited me to enter my information on an iPad on a stand in the waiting area (as a new customer). At the time he was working on a minivan and said he was just finishing up with it. There's no coffee shops in the area so I decided to stay and wait.

They rolled my car out of the bay at 1:05pm. Hamsa informed me that it would be another 10-15min. He appeared to be checking the work. I think the quality control is a big reason he gets such great reviews. By 1:30pm, he invited me to come take a look at the car. It looked better than when I bought it. Granted, I bought it used. Hamsa was a total professional the whole time and thanked me for my business. He even gave me a tip about my winter mats. Very impressed. I'll be back.

Took my 370Z to get the ceramic pro coating, and was super impressed with the results. Not only was the car super smooth to the touch, but it made the red colour pop. Would definitely recommend these guys if you want to preserve your car's exterior.

Hamza did a great job thoroughly cleaning the inside of my car. I was blown away when I looked inside: it smelt and looked just like it did when I first bought it. All the salt stains were totally gone, like they had never been there. He also did a nice job touching up some scratches on the outside. The car looks amazing and new

The shop itself is large, clean and professional. I'd recommend this service to anyone wanting to give their car a supreme face-lift.

If you guys are going anywhere at all to get your car fixed, detailed, etc, Hamza should be the first person one should talk to. He has the best prices and best quality service one could ask for. Brought my car in to him one day and 24 hours later, car looks as good as new.
