Browns Socialhouse Lower Lonsdale

I was a little skeptical about this place since the menu seemed to be all over the place with sushi and wings cauliflower bites but I was pleasantly surprised. I got the yam and avocado roll which was very tasty . We also got the butchers burger, calamari and the cod bowl all super good . Good prices as well . The staff was friendly and attentive . The restaurant was nice over all, have us more pub vibes since it was late at night .

Loud obnoxious bartender that talks loud enough for the whole restraunt to hear. Nobody cares about how drunk and wasted you got camping and how you almost didn't make it into work.

Lately, my go to restaurant in North Van has been @brownslolo. Their service and food have consistently been great and their prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is good too and their music is never too loud, which is perfect for hanging out and catching up with friends.

We stopped by for an early dinner. Service was okay. The staff were keen to clear tables and took our water cups away. I felt like they really wanted us to leave as we only ordered two rounds of drinks.

Food and drinks were good for the price. I didn't expect fried chicken and pickles to be a good combination, but it was surprisingly decent. The chips and guacamole was average.

Ok food, but awful service. Usually pretty good, but today we were ignored for literally 30 minutes. If you're over 50 you are invisible.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch with some coworkers during Christmas time (sorry, a bit late on the review). I ordered the Blackened Chicken Fettuccine, which was pretty good. My coworker wasn't a fan of his ramen but the rest of the group enjoyed their meals.

It's in a great location (close to Lonsdale Quay) with street parking; however, could be challenging to find a spot around lunchtime. Overall, a good spot for lunch!

fantastic service, would recommend some sangria with friends.. they'll even through in the spoon for free! Good spot if you're looking for a crisp drink out of a mop bucket.

Great food & wonderful service. The fish tacos were so fresh & crispy that we ordered more.

Went here for some drinks, my friend sobbed for 4 hours at the table, but the waitress was really cool about it! The waitress didn't make eye contact with her, but I get it. Good drinks!

Always fun. This location is usually busy and vibrant. We prefer to sit at the tables, not the booths in back.
The food is always consistent, very fresh and good. I have, on occasion, requested slight modifications (extra crispy, no onion, things like that) and they always accomodate me easily. The staff are excellent at their jobs and friendly. Love going here.
