Blitz Facial Bar

For a bit of background, this review is specifically for a treatment I received for "The Extractor". I was looking for something quick as it's close to work, so I didn't go to my usual facial bar.

I had 2 cystic pimple that was developing and the lady helping me used a tool on them. She used her nails to "clean" my nose as well. It hurts a lot but I didn't mind them as I assumed a professional was working on my face, she would know what she's doing.

Little did I know, coming out of the facial my nose was red (like inside bleeding red when you try to extract something too hard) and it took 4 days for this to be gone.

That's not even the worst part - both of my cystic pimples that she "worked her magic" on, caused such a bad scarring and even 3 weeks after the scarring is now permanent.

I essentially paid ( and tipped) to get my face scarred. Permanently. I'm so so upset With this place and I will never come again. Such "professionals"

Customer Service at this place is 300%. We walked in and lucked out getting instant appointments. That's chance. Thereafter everything was thanks to the staff and technicians (mine was Kaisha) at Blitz Facial Bar. Loved The Works treatment and skin care advice I received. So happy with this place. Fingers crossed they open in DC! Thanks so much!

I had an amazing experience with Reem yesterday evening when I came in for The Works facial after a long day at work. My experience at the spa was very calm and relaxing and everyone was very welcoming with big smiles! I really enjoyed the atmosphere there. My skin after the facial was glowing and radiant and Reem was very caring and made sure I was feeling great throughout my treatment. I highly recommend! :)

Had The Works facial yesterday and it was really great. Super relaxing and very thorough. My skin was glowing after I'll definitely be back. I enjoyed the choice of scalp or hand massage during the mask portion.

Very casual and welcoming experience! I walked in and the receptionist immediately offered me a cup of cucumber water and put my coat away. I came with another friend and we both got the Works. My esthetician Tina was really gentle and pays great attention to detail. The products smell really soothing as well as nourishing my skin. Both me and my girlfriend were really pleased with our results. Our skin looked so much cleaner and brighter. There is no doubt that both of us will return and make this a regular ritual!

Do not get the the Blitz and Glow facial or boosters. After spending $100 my skin feels no different. I wish I just went to Sephora and got a face mask. I will say the therapist was very sweet and her hands were great. Sadly the worst facial I've ever had.

The place is really nice and clean. I've been there a few times and had a great experience each time. However the last time i was in there i had specifically made an appointment with one of the ladies, but on the day of my appointment, i was scheduled with someone else. I was disappointed as i had only come in on a monday, just to be seen by this particular lady.

I also felt the person who did my peel was rushing. I had blitz+glow and a peel. I was in and out in less than 30 mins.

I really liked this place all my other experiences so i'm hopeful that it was just a one off.

Great experience overall. I wished I choose a longer facial as 30 min. Extraction was not long enough to rid my face of most white heads. Scalp massage was a great addition. And received $5 off for friend referral (although I had to remind them to deduct). Will definitely be back for maintenance.

Facial was just ok but didn't see any noticeable differences. Open setting was awkward and chair was uncomfortable. Also, booked for one package and ended up paying way more than what I had booked and I was never disclosed the price. Nonetheless I won't be returning. Much better places for facials.
