Nice to see you writing regularly again. I find that when you commit something in writing, they a company cannot use "corporate speak". On the firing line they are generally reluctant to let customer complaints escalate and when in doubt they go into "customer appeasement mode". A letter avoids all. Great review! I am still laughing at a review you wrote a while back that mentioned something about "eating until you burst" - I don't know why it's so uncontrollably funny to me but the imagery is impossible to shake!
