I like the atmosphere here. I know it's typical of most sports bar/grills but it's nice. There is something special about this place that I can't quite put my finger on. I didn't have the opportunity to star too long since we ran in and out of here before we went to sit in the CBC Hockey Night in Canada audience.

The food here was incredible OMG best nacho's ever! They bring you a small dish of complimentary nacho's when you get there and they are delicious! My friend got a burger here and said it was also phenomenal.

As for the service... IT WAS GREAT! From the moment we walked in the door we were catered to and felt like Texan Cowboys!

The only thing about this place is that it was a tad expensive but typical of it's quality of a restaurant.

If your on front, around the CN Tower drop in here if your looking for a good sports bar. It was a great experience and I'm sure it would have been better if we had the opportunity to stay longer than we did.

I had high hopes for this place when my friend kept ranting and raving about how amazing their breakfast buffet is. But I was not too pleased.

The location was nice. And thats about all this place had going for it.

Before I start: note that I had the buffet and everything I say from here on out is about that experience.

The service was absolute garbage. We seen our waitress twice: once to seat us, and once to take our money. I hate this custom of tipping we have here in North America! It's stupid! If you don't earn your tip, you don't get a tip. The way I do it is I start with whatever I expect 25% of my bill to be (thats generous) and then every time something happens where the service appeared to be lacking I take off 25 cents. Following that rule this meal would have earned the waitress a whopping $3.50 but I found myself asking "where the hell is our waitress" so often that there was no tip left to leave. She should have been paying me for bearing such terrible service! But when I think about this now I wonder if, due to the fact that we were having the buffet if they sort of leave you to yourself. Either way I needed a refill of water really bad.

What was supposed to be a hangover breakfast after a night of 151 and coke, and tequila shots, we needed A LOT of water and good hangover food (which breakfast food usually is).

This food was dry and tasteless for the most part. The best thing on the buffet were the "potato puffs" which were obviously dumped in a pan from a McCain Tater Tot's bag.

I think the best part of my experience here was listening to the little girl argue with the balloon guy about what color the flower she wanted should be. (But I'm sure he won't be there every time someone visits this place).

Overall, Golden Griddle might have a good name but this location didn't fulfill that at all. I advise you seek out another one and then leave a review here until we have found the best location in Toronto ;)

Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! *spew*

Wow this place is awesome... at making their food look like it has the potential to actually be tasty. It is absolutely disgusting. I can't even describe it. I got some chicken dish and it was so overly sweet it wasn't even enjoyable.

Discounting the fact that they fill 80% of your plate with plain white rice this place wouldn't be worth the money even if they loaded your plate up with whatever you actually ordered. I paid $11 for a terrible meal and a drink. The food was so bad I opted to toss it in the garbage rather than finish it for the sake of not wasting $11.

In the end I was glad to have so much white rice, I pushed all the other food aside and ate the rice since it was more enjoyable then trying to stomach the other crap.

Don't waste your money (or time) here.

Wow! So I started work in the Atrium on Bay in May and quickly discovered this place. It seems that they have a buffet hidden in there behind the boring looking grocery shelves.

I originally went in there in search of something off the shelves that I could heat up in my office cafeteria but quickly changed my mind when I smelled the delicious food on the buffet.

Not until today did I want to write a review about this place. I had their sweet and sour pork for the first time (I had never seen it on the buffet before today) and I am tempted to go back downstairs to get some more. This was literally sweet and sour both at the same time. It was the first time I had the pleasure of enjoying this taste.

The other item I always grab every time I'm in there is the meatballs. They are phenomenal.

They charge you based on how much food you take (by weight) so your never left over eating or getting too little for what your appetite desires.

This is by far my favorite place in AOB to get my lunch when I don't bring my own.

A better McDonald's than most. Stopped in on the way back from Ottawa and was pleasantly surprised despite the hard time I was giving the employees. The location was very clean. The employees were pleasant. The worker in the back was a little slow to react to orders being on the screen but at least he made them right when he made them. The ice tea was watery and the counter worker was quick and pleasant about replacing it with a new one.

There was ketchup in the pumps, napkins in the dispenser, straws in the holder. The tables were clean. The garbages weren't over-flowing. Can't ask for much more from any McDonalds.

Would stop in again on a trip to or from Ottawa. Might become my goto rest-stop for traveling along that route.

As the saying goes: "First impressions last a lifetime".

My first impression of this place was terrible. B!tchiest waitress I've ever had in my life. SHE THREW THE MENUS AT US!

Drank our water and left before even ordering. I will not go back to this place. Ever.

This is no doubt the BEST PITA PIT IN THE FRANCHISE!!!!

The cleanest, nicest, best franchise of all types of franchises I've ever been in.

The people who own and operate it are also some of the nicest people I have ever met.

The food is unbelievable. Made with care and served in generous servings.

GO HERE NOW! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!

This was the shiny new thing in North Bay a couple of years ago, squeezing out the local competition. But now it's starting to become clear that this is just another one of those franchise locations in the Bay that have gone forgotten about and the local management isn't sure how to keep up with it.

It's still nice though, for now, so enjoy it if your in the Bay. Wish they had a more extensive arcade area since they are (I think) the only place in North Bay with an arcade now.

Domino's Pizza

I think this is one of the few pizza outlets that didn't get taken over by their franchise... Which says something for it. Although you would think it wouldn't compete with the now perfect other pizza outlets in the Bay, this place stepped up their game when they seen the events taking place in the Bay.

This place is clean and beautiful and the service is awesome. I wouldn't call it 'perfect' as I have other pizza locations previously, but it is damn close considering it is still locally owned and operated.

Also, I like Domino's pizza a lot so that helped it's rating through my eyes.

Can't really tell you to go eat here now. Everybody has their respective favorite pizza place and if Domino's is it then you'll be happy to know you'll be in a city with an awesome Domino's if you ever visit the Bay!

I am not giving this place the high rating because I am a fan of their pizza. I am giving this location such a high rating because it is like the epitome of perfection in pizza franchises.

We've been lucky in North Bay to have been stuck with absolutely terrible franchise locations for many many years and then watching as those franchises realized how terrible their northern locations were and coming in for a hostile take-over.

Now through our previous suffering we are left with some of the best pizza franchise locations around. This place being one of them.

Walking through the doors of this place is like walking into a concept location model. Its perfect! Nothing else can be said about the location. I've never been in here when it was dirty, out of order, or ugly in any way.

The staff are always polite and obviously well trained. And the pizza is always carefully prepared and properly presented. Service and delivery are prompt.

Like I said: this location is just... perfect.
