This location used to also service the bus station. In fact the locals still refer to it as "The Station"
We frequent here when visiting Princeton, just to mix things up a bit. There isn't a lot of choice in town. However the service seems to get worse every time we visit. We're at the point that we probably won't come here again.
Food is lackluster, leaves something to be desired. Service was slow and disinterested.
The better choice for a meal in Princeton. A decent restaurant for the family for meals when visiting Princeton. Service is friendly and quick.
Our latest dinner visit there had us chuckling in amusement as two of the locals rode up on horseback to the side window and chatted to the cook.

We're probably a little spoiled for Vietnamese, but found this really nice.
Had a sub, an avocado and bacon sandwich and wonton soup. All were generous, tasty, and well presented. The service is also friendly and efficient.
It's a great space with high ceilings, looks like it was taken over from a French restaurant, which is somehow fitting. Definitely gets on the list of downtown oases.

Dog ideas are great: tried the Dougie Dog and was seriously enthralled by the whole concept. Horse radish as a standard topping is like a V12 as standard on a car: for purists only. Presentation and delivery was nice, though not spectacular.
Ordered a cola, and got offered root beer; a list of root beers. So, root beer with the dog. While I ate the dog and root beer, I realized that the controversy is all about vision.
Japadog has a vision - and Dougie has a vision. Dougie's vision is pure: an American hot dog with root beer on the side. Nothing but...
It's like the Catholic church, which makes you eat those stale wafers and drink that plonky wine: it's tradition; it's pure.
Sure, you can get all Reformation on the dogs - tart them up with UnAmerican toppings; wash them down with a selection of alien brews. But sometimes you just need to honour the purity.
Good dogs; great vision. I'd go there again

Mario's Coffee Express

In the coffee chain wasteland that is the downtown, this place is a beautiful little niche where service is not only personable, but professional. Very nice coffees and all the amenities of a straight-up all Italian coffee bar. An excellent find.

In addition, excellent kitchen wares, hookahs, and what-have-you.
If you're eating well, halal is always a good bet. As with kosher, you're typically getting your meat from a small-market, closely regulated source. It's almost a truism that Muslims have the best butchers.

Then there's the matches. Non-stop excitement. These girls have some serious skill and are real entertainers.
Count me in as a brand new fan - already excited about the prospect of next year's season.
