Very hot looking crowd. At least the women. I just wish I could see them for longer than a few seconds while a sparkler on a bottle of grey goose whisks by (it's very dark here, the darkest bar I've ever been to).
Women were a mix of friendly and reacting like you just told them their dog just died.

Took probably 20 minutes to make my chicken tacos when the restaurant had 3 other tables who had already finished their food. Maybe they were busy watching the canucks game? One kitchen staff was standing in the doorway the whole time watching the game.
Server was friendly and apologetic and kept coming to me saying they were 'making more chicken, it should be out any minute'.
Chicken in the tacos were VERY salty, almost inedible. I didn't have the heart to send it back but I did mention it to the server.
Amount of rice and beans given are very small, their cost is negligible, give me something for what I'm paying for...
I won't be back.

Not a whole lot of sushi options, and it almost seemed like they didn't want my business as they were very clear about there being a last call at 2:45ish (they close at 3 before re-opening for dinner) even though it was only 2:30.
I had the ramen which was ok but it took them 15 minutes to make it, leaving me with about 10 minutes to gulp it down...

I love my curries, and was looking forward to trying this place out.
You choose a selection of a few dishes (up to 3 meats 2 veggie dishes or up to 5 veggie dishes) for the full dinner which gives you a good selection of options.
Don't let the second photo fool you into thinking this is just a cafe, there is plenty of seating available.
The food was fresh and tasty, but I found the veggie dishes a little bland and the potatoes a little dry.

Pint, newly opened last weekend on St. Patrick's Day, is finally open after significant restorations to the previous existing restaurant/club (Honey Lounge).
They are definitely targeting this place to be a sports bar with an insane amount of TV screens. The central bar has a lot of stools suitable for pulling up for a pint to watch the game.
While not out on launch day, I have seen they have an over-sized Jenga and Connect 4 set. Awesome!
As shown in the listing's pictures, there are great specials on Sunday-Thursday with a happy hour from 3-6 each weekday that features $6 for a pint and pound of wings... great deal...
The staff are hilarious and take their jobs seriously but also you can tell they have a lot of fun with each other. I will definitely be back...

This is Vancouver's newest legal after hours open for a couple weeks now. They say they are open until 8am.
Checked this out Sat at around 3:45 or so, with nothing to do and no plans to sleep.
Cover is normally $30, but they may make different offers if you can bring in bigger groups with more girls.

I have to give this place such a low rating because it was basically empty inside except for about 6-7 people chilling on couches. With such a large single room, this makes it seem.... really... dead.

All they sell here is water for $5. They don't even have any kind of energy drinks.

This is not a good sign for getting a new venue more known and popular. The night life crowd is fairly inbred and fickle and if word spreads fast about a new location if it's not great. So far they are not off to a good start.

To their credit the staff was friendly and it didn't have a 'seedy' vibe at all. I guess they were surprised that someone actually paid to get in?

$10 for a salad that doesn't have cheese seems like a little excessive.

I guess part of that goes toward the poor host girl's salary who's only job it seems is to open the door for people who come in and say hello.
