Exactly what's expected of Fish n Chips. Greasy, crispy goodness and lots of it.
Nice clean restaurant, good service. Great for family dining.
Build your own sundae was a hit with the kids, and different menus for children under 7 & 12 (different serving sizes), which is nice.
This visit I had the Chipotle Bison Burger with waffle cut fries. Very tasty burger and the waffle cut fries are a really nice change.

For years Peter's has been our celebration place. From birthdays, and graduations to anniversaries, Peter's is special enough for them all.
Small, intimate, dimly lit and large portions, with service that can't be beat. Everything that a great steakhouse should be.

After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come by, welcome us, and take a drink order (as well as dinner at this time), it took an additional 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive.
My appetizer (garden salad) arrived shortly there after, however I was almost done before my wife's arrived (a bowl of soup). Luckily our dinners arrived at the same time, and were delicious.
Dessert also arrived together, however mine was left waiting on the counter (a hot dessert), while a waiting for a piece of chocolate cake to be cut.
The service was extremely slow, the food was good, the overall value was poor.

My usual lunch includes the lunch ribs, with fries and baked apples. After which I am so full, moving is difficult, but it is oh so good.
This visit I decided to try something different. I started with the Cream of Potato Soup, with cheese, chives and bacon. Nice thick soup, with a great taste. For main course I had the Baton Rouge Club, which is a chicken breast, bacon, tomato and lettuce on whole wheat bread, with fries. Again, a very filling meal and for about $20 including tax and tip, a very filing meal at a good price.
But being a special occasion (out with friends), we also had dessert. I had the Creme Brulee Cheesecake. I am a *HUGE* cheesecake fan, and this is one of the best. Covered in caramel and a nice thick consistency, I'll be ordering this dessert again.

Future Shop used to be the leading home electronics chain in Canada. That was before BestBuy arrived, and purchased Future Shop, leaving it to rot.
Well rot this location has. The store is in poor condition, the employees don't care and know very little about what they are selling.
There's a BestBuy right across the road, you're better off going there.

Inside the store there is a Fresh-To-Go section, where they make pizzas (fully cooked). The price is very reasonable, but the pizza themselves are the best.
Lots of friends look at us funny when we recommend pizza from the grocery store, but once they try it, they're hooked.
We order pizza from here at least once a week.

Very good and affordable. The Pad Thai lunch was excellent, and came with salad, spring roll and a drink.

The menu offers a lot of variety, even for those who don't like raw fish. The cooking tables, and chefs are excellent.
A very good value. Try the spicy miso soup. It's not listed any where but if you ask for it they'll bring it. Excellent soup.

The interior of this restaurant is beautiful. Huge comfortable booths with big high backs. Contemporary spacious decor. We counted 3 separate seating areas, 2 of which are atriums.
We visited during lunch and for the most part had a great experience. Serving sizes are perfect for lunch and for the price.
I had the Hot Turkey Sandwich, an open faced stack of turkey served on a half kaiser with a baked potato, and vegetable (broccoli, cauliflower and parsnips).
My wife had one of the specials, Prime Rib on a Hoaggie, with fried peppers and onions. Served with a side of french fries (which were tasty).
The reason why it was a great experience for the "most part", the prime rib wasn't trimmed, and had plenty of fat still attached. My wife had to open the sandwich and remove it with her hands.
