Laser Hair Removal

Well I have to say this place has got some problems. Each time I go I get a new person and each time they don't seem to have any clue why I'm there. They ask about how I paid, tell me how the owner made a mistake offering the deal that I got. One of them told me all about the owner treating her poorly for wanting to take a vacation after a year. I think she's now been fired. The last one told me how much the equipment cost and how they were losing money on the deal.
Anyway, I'll keep going as the treatments are working. After reading someone else's review I realise that I probably haven't had the full meal deal on what I was supposed to get but I do know that I got a good deal for what I paid. A friend of mine in the business confirmed how expensive laser treatments can be. And all the staff seem to say the same thing. I doubt they'll offer Groupon type deals again so kinda glad I snagged mine despite the poor service.
This was my very first appointment and I have absolutely nothing to compare it to but I really have no complaints.
I'd bought a Living Social unlimited offer for $99 because I've been thinking of going for laser treatment for a while. I made my appointment and went, slightly nervously on Saturday. For the treatment I wanted I had to augment my purchase by another two LS deals which she sold me when I arrived. I checked with a friend and $300 for unlimited treatment is a great deal. I think it will take about 5-7 visits.
I'm not sure if it was the owner that took care of me but she was a one-woman show that day. She gave me forms to sign off on and the info on the waivers got me even more nervous. The last thing I wanted was a rash or swelling on my lady bits!
Once in the room I got settled in and once we started chatting about Spain and wine and life I was totally at ease. She was a sweetheart and I felt completely comfortable. The pain is pretty mild - like plucking your eyebrows really. A couple of times I just had to wiggle my toes but that was the extent of it.
She told me what to do for the following 48 hours and off I went. I had no adverse reaction whatsoever. I go back in 8 weeks and can't imagine the experience being any less comfortable. I'll let you know if anything changes but so far, I'm a fan. I also have a friend who went for her upper lip after getting the same LS deal and she was a happy customer too.
They take VISA and Interac.

I've been a fan of President's Choice products since my Ottawa/Loblaws days. They're still solid buys and available at No Frills. Also I bank with PC so I get points if I shop here or Superstore that I can use towards free groceries.
If I just need to grab a couple of quick things for a simple meal (this isn't the place I'd go to for meat per se) and pick up a bottle of wine or beer then I'll come to this little mall and hit the No Frills. It's a 'basic needs' kind of place.
