What's going on with the Canadian yelp?  I try to look for restaurants in Winnipeg sorted by "highest rated", but it's not sorting them correctly.  It lists UNRATED, UNREVIEWED restaurants BEFORE some of the RATED ones.  Strange... and quite unhelpful.  Anyone know what's going on?
