    I ate at Seafood Harbour in Vancouver once, from my recollection, it was the best dim sum I have ever had in my life.  And we went on a bit of a dim sum tour and pretty much every place we ate had really good fung tzau

    This place in Taipei comes second, but I don't remember the name of that place and it had lots of innovative Taiwanese fusion dishes

    While I can't elaborate on the many fine Dim Sum establishments within Richmond / Vancouver, I must simply say it has some of the most awesome food in North America.  Asian food (Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.) is at it's finest here.
