   What if her family locks her in a motel with a de-programmer who tries to de-Canadianize her? All our efforts at getting her to laugh on cue to "how do you like your coffee?" Crisp!" and turn her nose up and say "only in Canada? Pity!" and swear Tim Hortons cured her lung cancer etc. will be for nothing. Well, have to start again. :( Susan! Susan! Be strong!    Ha ha. One of my friends in NYC swears that I'm developing a "Canadian accent."
   Oddly, no one has said anything about me taking on some other well-known Canadian traits like being polite, reserved, and nice to everyone.
