    Flourless as pretty much what binds it together is chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar and some sort of dairy (probably butter) product.  

    I'm in.  Although if I were a betting woman I'd by putting money down that the Flourless Chocolate cake at The Silver Spoon is better.  :)

    I'm not a fan of chocolate cake, but lover boy tells me that even I will be a convert on this flourless chocolate cake. I'm totally in, even though I'm trying to lose weight!

    @Kat, I'll probably be over for dinner.  I can't face that cake on a totally empty stomach and will probably be looking for a buddy to share the cake with or I'll end up looking like either an extra in People of Walmart or This is Why You Are Fat.
