Recommendation for Asian salon that does fine, non-asian hair nicely

I'm looking to get my hair done soon and hoping to get a digi perm or something that looks like that style (think along the lines of SNSD's Yoona).

However, I have fine, blond hair and am curious if it would work or am I just kidding myself?

I've read all the reviews for Hair Salon Cinderella, Maya Hair Salon, and  Sora Hair Salon and they sound really good, but I've never walked away from getting my hair done and liking it and I'd really like to have a good experience this time.

Any recommendations or advice on places and/or stylists would be greatly appreciated~
