What's up Quebec?

I'm planning on attending the 2010 Crashed Ice event (http://www.redbullcras...) and I was wondering if anybody has attended this before.  Are tickets hard to come by?  Is lodging difficult to find?  Any tips on where to stay?

Any info is appreciated.

   I don't think they sell tickets for the Red Bull Crashed Ice. Best places go to the first ones there, and trust me a lot of people brave the cold to see this.
   
   Since the event is in Old Quebec, I'd say any of the hotels in Old Quebec, Uptown or Downtown area would be a good place to stay. You can also opt for one of the many Bed&Breakfast in the area.

   Can NOT beat the Chateau Frontenac.  You will feel like you're sleeping in a castle.  Plus, just steps (and a funicular ride away {google it!} from Old Quebec).  Fantastic old hotel.
