Why has he not called?

I usually see this guy at previous parties and he's always staring at me.

The second party i saw him at we danced for one song but my friends dragged me away.

Last Friday i went to a party and we saw eachother. We danced only with eachother all night and we made out 2-3 times. He was really into me, holding my hand all night and everything.

We danced from 11pm-3am and at the end he asked for my number.

He hasnt called and it's been a week.

Should I just give up hope?

   I wouldn't be surprised if he's playing hard to get. Guys normally don't, and usually if the guy hasn't called in a week, game over. I know, I'm a guy, this is how we are, pretty simple. However, the fact that you ditched him at that second party (come on, couldn't you resist your friends' 'dragging'?), maybe he sees it as his turn to play hard to get.

   I suppose he has given up. I mean he has tons of girls after him. It might've been just a random hook-up for him! and i dnot think he'd try and get me back for that. That was nothing serious i dont think he really minded that i got dragged away lol.
   I guess it really is game over.
   His friends are quite shocked though because im not bragging but a lot of guys at my university are after me and the fact that he didnt call has been quite shocking to them. Hmmm, i dont know what to say :(
