   one would assume it was in the food building but nooo it is in the midway of all places ... I gave up looking for it but in all honesty I just wanted to see what it looked like ... ugh ...  if it is in the midway who knows what the sanitary conditions are

   I went on Wednesday during the day.  There wasn't a lineup for anything but deep fried butter.  There were more than 30 people waiting to order that, or the vendor's other treats: bacon and chocolate, or a deep fried Mars bar.  They should have paramedics on hand.

   I was there today and took pictures of some of the food - not the butter, but the offering in the Food Hall.  Some yummy looking stuff but pretty unhealthy. I joked with the people I was attending the place with that after eating one's way through there, they should offer you one hundred injectable insulin syringes plus a coupon for a free defibrillation and colostomy.  If this stuff won't give you diabetes, heart attacks and colon cancer than nothing will!

   I ate the deep fried butter, it`s located out the side of the direct energy building near the princess gates. I had to say that I tried it, but in the end sadly it made me want to yack. It`s like eating a waffle with a pound of butter on it. They are deep fried in balls then chocolate, vanilla, raspberry and caramel sauce on top.

   wow - that sounds pretty nasty!   but i hear they are selling like...hotcakes...lol.   i wonder what that guy will come up with next year!  but thanks for letting us know what it tastes like!  for someone whose middle name is salad i am sure eating all that butter was a true testament for trying something different!  LOL

   By the way, I had the Deep Fried Mac and Cheese Balls at the CNE tonight (in the food building).  They were fairly bland unfortunately.  I choose NOT to follow it up with the deep fried butter.
