Ok I wanted to review this Tex-Mex restaurant from my visit to your great city, but can not remember the name of it.

It was in the Underground City close to the Fairmont hotel.
It was like an Applebees style joint, with super heroes on the menu and decorated all around the restaurant.
It was not particularly good, and the food was cheap.

    Well the food was Tex-Mex, or something along those lines.

    It had big posters of super heroes drawn in the old school comic style as the decor

    Located underground and close to the main train station (Amtrak etc)
