We live in a townhouse that has extremely thin walls, my neighbor is psycho he bangs on our walls constanly, and blasts heavy metal in the middle of the night.
we are a family of 6 and 4 of us are young children under 15. He gets angry and bangs on our walls for hours just beccause he can hear our footsteps, shower, voices or  even the washing machine!
WHAT SHOULD WE SAY TO HIM?!?!

    Anonymous death threats?  Seriously though, start a log of events and take it to the police.  Or, if you don't want to make the effort, move.

    If the whole complex is a rental, talk to the land lord.  Either way, a log of events will go far if things start to get legal or serious.
