-The place is reasonably comfortable (i.e., like a soft, comfy-lit Second Cup, not like a hard, glaring Tim Hortons)
-There's free wifi
-The place is on the south side.
I currently spend a lot of time in the Calgary Trail Second Cup, but it would be nice to have a place that's open later and which doesn't have loud music. (The sound of people chattering is fine.)
