Hey guys,

Since Yelp is just starting out in Edmonton, I thought we could each introduce and say a little bit about ourselves to each other. You know, get to know the ppl behind the reviews more. I guess I'll start first!

I'm still a Yelp newbie, been Yelping for almost three weeks now. I was so excited when I first found out about it, and it was exhilarating when I wrote my first review! I love to write, so I think that's a big part of it. Still, Yelp is so addictive, I can't explain it. It's not just me, right? Anyway, I've really enjoyed reading all of your reviews, I hope we all continue posting as many reviews as we can. Let's get Yelp Edmonton up and running, and show everyone what a great city this is! Now, it's your turn ...

    Hi Lauren! I really like Yelp too. I've always loved writing reviews, and this is the most fun and neat review website I've found. And yes, Yelp does have addictive qualities. I find myself wanting to check my "stats" a lot! I love trying out new places, so I am excited about reading everyone's opinions!

    Hi Lauren!  What a great idea!  My name is Paula, and I am also a relatively new "Yelper". I really love using the site and am enjoying writing reviews of the various restaurants, businesses, and attractions of Edmonton.  I'm a freelance writer, photographer, and editor so contributing to Yelp is right up my alley.  In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, hiking, photography, and music (both playing and listening).
