Well my life long dream is to go to culinary school but is is really expensive. So I was wondering if you guys now of any cheaper culinary schools or cooking schools anywhere in the united states or canada. thank you guys

    If you are in the Seattle area, I would check out South Seattle Community College's Culinary Arts program. Since it's a public community college, tuition will be far less than the private schools like Art Institute. In the interest of full disclosure, I work at this college. And while I know of some shortcomings of the program, I can say that it is still a very solid program, with fabulous job placement into our local hotel and restaurant scene. You can focus on foods, pastry and specialty baking, and catering and restaurant production. You should check it out online (just google the college name).
