    Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Stoppelman

    Jeremy founded Yelp in 2004 with Russel Simmons, a former colleague at PayPal. Jeremy continues to drive the vision and product experience for the company, personally overseeing product development among other aspects of the business. Prior to Yelp, Jeremy completed his first year of Harvard Business School, but dropped out after founding the company. Before attending business school Jeremy was VP of engineering at PayPal. He holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Illinois.

  • Geoff Donaker

    Chief Operating Officer Geoff Donaker

    Geoff joined Yelp in 2005 to head business development and has been COO since 2006. In his current role, Geoff oversees the company's business operations including sales, marketing and administration. Prior to Yelp, he held several roles at eBay, most recently as Director of International Categories. He was previously a manager at Excite, Classifieds2000, Voter.com and Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman). Geoff holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.

  • Rob Krolik

    Chief Financial Officer Rob Krolik

    Rob joined Yelp in 2011 and oversees corporate finance, accounting, investor relations and real estate functions. Rob was most recently CFO for Move, Inc. and brings 20 years of consumer market and public company experience to Yelp. Over his career, he's held several roles at eBay, including Vice President, Global Finance Operations at eBay Marketplaces division and interim CFO of eBay Germany. Additionally, Rob served as CFO for Shopping.com where he played an instrumental role in the company's initial public offering and subsequently led the sale of the company to eBay in September 2005. Rob holds a bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified public accountant (inactive).

  • Erica Galos Alioto

    Vice President, Local Sales, Phoenix Russel Simmons

    Erica joined Yelp in 2006 as the company's second Account Executive. As Vice President of Local Sales in Phoenix, she is responsible for managing and directing the company's largest and fastest growing sales office. Prior to joining Yelp, Erica was an associate at Latham and Watkins for four years and also founded and ran a swimwear company. Erica received her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara and her J.D. from UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law.

  • Andrea Rubin

    Vice President, North American Marketing Andrea Rubin

    Andrea joined Yelp in 2006 as the company's first Community Manager in Chicago and was later promoted to lead the expanding Community Management team for the Midwest. As Vice President of North American Marketing, she is now responsible for overseeing all of Yelp's marketing and community management efforts in North America. Prior to joining the Yelp team, Andrea oversaw national marketing initiatives as the Event Marketing Manager for CareerBuilder.com. Andrea holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.

  • Jed Nachman

    Vice President, Sales Jed Nachman

    Jed joined Yelp in 2007 to lead the company's sales team. As Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for leading the rapidly growing sales, client services, and revenue operations groups, which span across three offices in the US. Prior to Yelp, Jed spent seven years in senior sales roles for Yahoo! HotJobs, most recently as Director of Corporate Sales for the Western Region. He began his career in the Venture Services Group of investment bank Robertson Stephens. Jed holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Colorado.

  • Michael Stoppelman

    Vice President, Engineering Neil Kumar

    Michael joined Yelp in 2007 as a software engineer to help to rebuild the search engine. Over the years, Michael was promoted to more senior roles and led developer recruiting; as Vice President of Engineering, he is now responsible for overseeing the company's rapidly expanding engineering team and leads the company's technical recruiting efforts. Prior to Yelp, Michael was a senior software engineer and tech lead for the AdSense Traffic Quality team at Google. Michael holds a B.S. in computer science from Purdue University.

  • Miriam Warren

    Vice President, European Marketing Miriam Warren

    Miriam joined Yelp in 2007 as the company's first Community Manager in Washington, D.C. and was promoted to oversee the East Coast Community Management team. As Vice President of European Marketing, she now oversees the company's expansion efforts in Europe, including recent launches of Yelp in France, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Spain. Prior to joining Yelp, Miriam worked in executive search and talent acquisition, most recently at McKesson. Miriam holds a B.A. in ethnic studies from Mills College.

  • Laurence Wilson

    General Counsel Laurence Wilson

    Laurence joined Yelp in 2007 as General Counsel and is responsible for the company's legal and regulatory affairs. Before that, he ran the legal and business development teams at Xoom Corporation, an online money transfer company. Laurence received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, and speaks frequently on emerging issues in technology law.

  • Sonia Survanshi McFarland

    Vice President, User Operations Russel Simmons

    Sonia joined Yelp in 2007 to head business development. In 2009, she took on leadership of the User Operations group. Currently, as Vice President of User Operations, Sonia oversees sitewide support and policy. Prior to Yelp, she spent over four years at Google, most recently leading Google's business development initiatives for the Asia Pacific and Latin America team. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in Mergers and Acquisitions and later joined the venture capital team at Crosslink Capital. She holds a B.S in Systems Engineering and B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Vince Sollitto

    Vice President, Corporate Communications Vince Sollitto

    Vince joined Yelp in 2009. He is responsible for overseeing all corporate communications and government relations. Vince has nearly 20 years of experience in communications in technology and politics. He was Vice President of Communications at PayPal, from the launch of the service until its sale to eBay. Most recently, he led communications efforts at search start-up Cuil, and the California Chamber of Commerce before that. Vince has also served as a spokesman for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, a US Senator, a Congressman and the US House Homeland Security Committee. He has a B.A. in public policy studies and political science from Duke University.

  • Dylan Swift

    Head of Human Resources Russel Simmons

    Dylan joined Yelp in 2009 to head Yelp's local business marketing efforts. In 2010, he led the effort to launch Yelp Deals. In early 2011, Dylan was promoted to lead Human Resources and help the organization continue to attract and retain a high-performance team of people passionate about connecting consumers with great local businesses. Dylan began his internet career in marketing and business development at eBay in 1999. He holds an A.B. in art history from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from Wharton.
