There are a lot of goooood restaurants in LA, more than what the culinary world give LA credit for. Chicago, New York, and SF usually gets the accolades but LA can hold it's own. The lamb is thickly sliced and well seasoned. The beef is thinly sliced and stacked high. Get both double dipped and slather on the mustard if you can handle it.

Mobile Gourmet - South Bay Cali!!! (10) I am pretty damn lazy so if these trucks could drive up to my house, I would be greatly appreciative but that won't happen so I'm happy they show up close enough for us to give them a whirl. Here are the trucks close enough to appease my lazy arse.	Mexican Food IMHO (28) In celebration of Cinco De Mayo, here is a list of some of my favorite Mexican Food joints. Mexican is second nature to me so I can get picky but I won't turn my nose away from decent eats. I will update as I review. Enjoy!
Lunch Time in the MDR (22) Working in MDR has it's advantages. Close to the beach for a quick run, close to many good restaurants of all price ranges, close to lots of shopping areas, close to the freeway. Here's a breakdown of the area.	Home of the Mohicans!!! (50) Gardena is a melting pot of nationalities and cuisines. Some of the best Japanese, Korean, Mexican, and Italian joints stem from Gardena. Gardena might have a bad rep for being a Casino town (which it is) or for gangs and what-not, but I grew up here and I'm not a thug. I just love the food. Here are a few of my favorites.
A-L-O-H-A a little aloha in our day (38) Our ventures to the islands are pretty well documented in this list. Word of warning, you will want to go to Hawaii after reading. I always do.	Picky Ass Japanese Foodie List (30) For those like me, here is a list of some authentic Japanese food that I would probably find in Japan for half the cost. :) You can't be too picky when it comes to quality I guess. The majority of these are not those nightclub/hollywood type sushi bars like Koi or Roku. I have never been to a place like that in Japan so I wouldn't go to a place like that here and expect authenticity. I'm sure the food is good but the atmosphere is just too rockstar. Enough of my snobiness...enjoy the list! :p Send me suggestions or comments if you like.
WWRBD? - What Would Ron Burgundy Do? (2) San Diego and it's many treasures. If we did it in San Diego, it's on this list. Enjoy and Stay Classy San Diego.	Last night I dreamt of San Pedro... (21) Having moved here all the way from Gardena, haha, I sometimes wake up and realize that we have not even scratched the surface of the excellent eats native to San Pedro. I will add my current reviews and promise to try someplace new at least once every two weeks. It's a travesty to not know the town that you live in. Sorry San Pedro. This is a long time coming.
