I love this place. The food is excellent and the service is top notch! Erie Street is the Little Italy of Windsor, and Spago is among the best on Erie. If you love Italian food and appreciate GREAT service - this is a must try.
I always drive past this place on my way to the Blue Nile, and everytime, I say I want to try it. Last night, I finally did try it while out for a ladies night out with two of my favorite people. We were drawn in by the 50% off wine on Tuesdays and…More »
This place is excellent. It is right below the Spago Ristorante - this is the more casual version of the upstairs restaurant. In addition to a good selection of Italian classics, they make thin crust pizza in a stone oven! It is so good.

Ferlito's has really good Italian food. I have tried much of what is on the menu, and I have never had anything that I didn't like. My mother is a veal parmesan fan, but she is the pickiest person in North America - she has said that this place is…More »
So the pizza is really good, but that is not why you go to Sportsman's. For those of us who grew up in Wyandotte - we know what it's all about, but for the rest of you - two words - PIZZA ROLL! It is the greasiest, tastiest thing you will ever…More »
For the old country traditionalists out there, this is your bakery. Everything is good - their bread is mouth-watering crazy good. They have delicious pastries too, and the only thing that makes me sad is that I do not live closer to this bakery -…More »
Growing up, my dad would go to Alcamos (or The Italian Store - as he called it) and buy very yummy bread that was brought in from Windsor's Italia Bakery and mortaldella - that stuff makes the best sandwiches. Their spicy olives are soooo delicious…More »
I have been eating at Roman Village for about 20 years - this place has been there for a while. The food is really good - this bread is yummy. If you are counting calories, this is not your place. If you are looking for some good food, you should…More »
Capri makes what is probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The crust is so good and crisp (made in a stone oven) and has the flavor of a good Italian bread. They are generous with the toppings and they seem to only use high quality…More »
This place is kind of expensive compared to some of the other restaurants in Erie Street, but it is very good food - maybe better than any other place on Erie Street. However, with all of the competition of Italian restaurants, they should have…More »
Clemente's has good cheese ravioli - that is all I have ever had there. Italian food and bowling - not a typical combination but definately a fun one.
