Teensy tiny coffee shop with fantastic espresso. Not the sort of place where you linger over a coffee for hours and take advantage of wifi -- no, here you get in, get great espresso, get out. Don't we all take our coffees to go nowadays anyway?

Sue is an amazing dancer, a fantastic instructor, and hilarious to boot. I started taking belly dancing lessons here a few years ago with some friends. We were able to get semi-private lessons (just the three of us) for a great price. Belly dancing…More »

I may be biased because I can't eat the sandwiches (damn wheat intolerance), but Sky Blue Sky didn't seem special when I was there. Sure, there's the cute Wilco theme and fun sandwich names, but that only counts for so much. When I was there for…More »

I love Sneaks, but I fully recognize it's not for everyone. It's a dive bar with decent Tex-Mex, but I still come here every time I go back to Toronto. Nobody can do nachos like Sneaky Dee's. Go for the fully loaded King's Crown nachos if you can,…More »
